The application form has been provided online, on cee-kerala.org. The forms are to be filled online but the printed copy of the filled in application is to be sent via post. CEE Kerala B.Sc Nursing and Paramedical Application Fee
It is always better to know about the application fee and medium to submit it, before filling the application form. The application fee for Kerala B.Sc. Nursing and Paramedical 2017 Application Form varies as per the category. The amount of fee to be submitted by the candidates is as below:
- For General Category Candidates – Rs. 600
- For SC/ST Category Candidates – Rs. 300
- For Service Category Candidates – Rs. 600
The candidates have the provision to submit the application fee online or offline. The online payment of fee can be done through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. Whereas, for the offline payment, the candidates will have to get an e-challan from State Bank of India (SBI) or Head/Sub Post Offices, of Kerala. The e-challan is to be download online first. Then, the candidates will have to pay the fee amount through it, in return to which the bank will give back the candidate’s copy of e-challan and it will contain the Transaction ID.
Note: Whether the payment is made online or offline. The candidates are advised to maintain a copy of the application fee payment receipt.
How to Know If Fee has Been Paid or Not?
After the fee payment, the login will display the status of it. If the fee has been paid successfully ‘Transaction Successful’ message will appear. However, if the fee has not been paid correctly, then ‘Transaction Unsuccessful’ message will be displayed.
Procedure for Submitting Kerala B.Sc. Nursing & Paramedical Application Form
In all, the candidates will have to fulfill five steps to submit the application form correctly. These include registration, uploading of images, filling details in the application form, fee payment, and posting the confirmation page. All of these steps have been explained vividly below.
Online Registration – The first step is to register online. To do so, the candidates will have to submit few required details like name, e-mail id, phone number, etc and create a password. The password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, should have a numeric and special value, and an alphabet.
After the registration, the candidates will get an Application Number. This is an important number, which should be secured properly.
Uploading of Images – After registration, the candidates will have to upload their recent Photograph, Signature, and Thumb Impression. These are to be scanned and uploaded as JPEG file.
Details Filling – Once the images are uploaded, the Kerala Nursing and Paramedical Application Form will be displayed. In it, the candidates will have to submit details about themselves, the education they had and more. Before submitting the details, the candidates should check it all thoroughly. To do so, the candidates may use the ‘Save and Preview’ button. If any of the detail is submitted incorrectly, the candidature will be hampered.
Fee Payment – The next step after filling the details is fee payment. It has to be done as explained below.
Submitting Filled Application Form – Lastly, the candidates will have to download the filled in application form and affix a 3.5 x 4.5 size photograph on it. The photograph must be the same as that uploaded. With the application form, the candidates will have to enclose the required documents and send it to the address below:

The documents to be enclosed with the CEE Kerala Nursing and Paramedical Application Form are as below:
- Self attested copy of class 10th/SSC certificates or proof of Date of Birth.
- Certificate of Nativity.
- Copy if qualifying examination mark sheet, self attested.
- Reservation certificate copy.
- Income certificate, in the prescribed format.
- Community certificate, in original.
- Non creamy layer certificate.
- Inter caste marriage certificate, if applicable.
- Self attested copy of the medical certificate.
