KSRM MBA Admission 2018 – KIITEE Management 2018 is KIIT University’s own National Level Entrance Examination was conducted across 15 cities in India. The exam is a common examination for MBA (Rural Management) at KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM) and MBA at KIIT School of Management (KSOM) offered by the KIIT Univesity. It’s a computer based test. Based on the scores obtained in the examination, candidates will be called for GD/PI.

KSRM MBA Admission 2018 through CAT Score

Candidates seeking admission in MBA Programme have to fill the Application Form online from the official website of KSRM.Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis  KIITEE Management, KIITEE, CAT, XAT,  CMAT and MAT exam scores and other exam scores for appearing in Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview (PI) at Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, New Delhi, Bangalore,  and Mumbai.

Application Form 2018

There are two mode of Application Online or Offline:

Option 1 (Online Mode)

Candidates applying through Online Mode would be required to submit copies of their mark sheets and other supporting documents at a later stage, as will be instructed by the institution. Payment can be done through credit card/bank transfer etc., as instructed / supported at the online payment site itself.

Option 2 (Offline Mode)

andidates applying through Option 2 need to make a DD of Rs. 1250/- drawn in favour of “KIIT School of Rural Management”, payable at Bhubaneswar. The DD along with the filled in and signed application  needs to be sent to “Admissions Coordinator, KIIT School of Rural Management(KSRM), Campus – 7, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar – 751024”. Candidates can also download the Application form from the direct link provided below.

Name and Address of the candidate needs to be mentioned on the reverse of the Demand Draft. Candidates should retain photocopies of the DD and the application form submitted for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (Rural Management): Graduate in any discipline recognized by the AIU with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) with valid  KIITEE Management / KIITEE / CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT scores. The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree.

The students who are appearing for final year graduation exams are also eligible to apply and will be given provisional admission subject to submission of their final results before 30th September 2018.

Cancellation of Admission Offer:

The admission of a candidate will be automatically cancelled, if any information provided in the application form is found incorrect or missing.
Those fail to submit the final degree in time as stipulated or fail to secure minimum eligible marks in the degree examination.
Non fulfillments of terms and conditions of the admission offer letter.

Admit Card 2018

Information on receipt of applications at KIIT School of Rural Management will be available on the website www.ksrm.ac.in. Candidates can check the status of their Application Form on the website from 24th January, 2018 onwards.

Candidates whose particulars do not appear on the website may contact the Admission Coordinator whose number is mentioned at the back of the booklet. Such candidates may be required to forward a photocopy of the Application Form along with one passport size photograph (as pasted on the original Application Form) and proof of remittance of fees.

Candidates can download Admit Card from 24th January, 2018. Candidates must not mutilate the Admit Card nor make any change therein.

In case of non- availability of admit card on the website candidates may contact Admission Coordinator by giving details of reference like Application No/Registration No/Name/DOB and proof of remittance of fees.

Candidates must preserve the Admit Card till the admission process is over.

Exam Pattern

The Entrance Examination will be of two and half hours duration. There will be a total of 150 multiple choice type of questions. Specific details on number of questions for each subject/course are enumerated below.

  • Quantitative Aptitude : 40 Marks
  • Analytical Reasoning : 40 Marks
  • English : 30 Marks
  • General Knowledge : 20 Marks
  • Issue of Social concern : 20 Marks

Language of the questions will be in English. The questions will not be in any other language.

Marking Scheme

All the questions will be of objective type with three marks (+3) for each correct response, minus one mark (-1) for each incorrect response & zero (0) for no response. The candidates are advised not to attempt a question if they are not sure about the answer. If a candidate marks more than one answer for a question, the answer will be treated as incorrect and will fetch negative marks.

Result 2018

On the basis of KIITEE Management merit list, candidates will be called for GD/PI (Group Discussion & Personal Interview).

Selection Process

  •  Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis  KIITEE Management, KIITEE / CAT / XAT /  CMAT / MAT and other exam scores for appearing in Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview (PI) at Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, New Delhi, Bangalore,  and Mumbai.
  • The final selection shall be based on these KIITEE Management / KIITEE / CAT / XAT / CMAT exam scores, career marks and performance in GD & PI. Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection through admission offer containing the terms and conditions of admission.
  • The selected candidates shall confirm and accept the admission with terms and conditions for taking admission to the programme and submit the Acceptance Letter in its prescribed format.

The following is the list of documents that would be required to be submitted by the candidates. Any changes in the list would be communicated in due course of time.

  • High School Certificate and Mark sheet.

  • Graduation (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, Engineering etc.) Certificate and Mark sheet
  • Caste certificate, if applicable
  • Physically challenged certificate, if applicable
  • Sports / Extra-curricular participation certificate, if applicable

  • Conduct Certificate
  • Medical Report from a Registered Medical Practitioner in the prescribed format
