MHT CET 2020 – State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released a notice stating that MHT CET 2020 shall be held in online mode in the month of May 2020. The exam will be held in multiple shifts over 3 to 5 days. MHT CET is a state level examination, for admission of eligible candidates in B.Tech / B.E / B.Pharmacy / Pharm.D courses. Eligibility Criteria for MH CET 2020
All the candidates passed / appearing at the qualifying examination i.e. HSC/12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination and having Indian Nationality are eligible for appearing for MHT-CET 2020. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT-CET 2020. The given eligibility criteria is based on as per last year details.

How to apply?
As soon as the form will available, candidates can register at dtemaharashtra.gov.in and confirm it. The application form will be available in online mode. To register, enter personal details including a valid email id, personal mobile. Upload recent colour photograph in light / white background (15 – 50 kb), signature in black pen on white paper (05 – 20 kb).
The application fee is Rs 800 for all General category candidates, all Outside Maharashtra State candidates, J&K migrants. The fee amount is Rs 600 for SC, ST, VJ/DT – NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, PWD belonging to Maharashtra state only. The application fee is based on as per last year detail.
MHT CET Admit Card 2020
You will able to download the admit card of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 2020 after submission of application form. It is not immediately available after submitting the form. The official website for MHT CET 2020 Admit Card download will be same as the one for registration, dtemaharashtra.gov.in. You must log in using application number, password to download it. Take it to exam centre on the day of the exam.
Allocation of exam centre
MHT CET 2020 will looking forward to be conducted at district headquarters in the State of Maharashtra. Usually, centre of examination will be the same district from where the candidate has passed or is appearing in qualifying examination. DTE Maharashtra allots centre of examination; it is conveyed through admit card.

Changes in MHT CET 2020
- Only 20% weightage will be of class 11th syllabus. Rest 80%, is of class 12th syllabus.
- DTE Maharashtra will decide to bring the difficulty level of MHT CET – physics, chemistry, mathematics papers to that of the national level engineering entrance exam JEE Main. By the same token, the difficulty level of biology paper will be comparable to national level medical entrance exam NEET. Both these exams, JEE Main and NEET, are currently organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

MHT CET Result 2020
DTE Maharashtra will announce the result of the Common Entrance Test on June, 2020.
The exam conducting body looks after organizing the exam at all assigned centres, evaluation of answer sheets, and thereafter declaration of results.
Candidates can check their result at dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
Prior to publishing result, DTE Maharashtra will also release official answer keys. Candidates can use the answer key to know answers to all questions and estimate score.The candidates also get facility to see their responses by logging in using application number and password.
Once the result is out, candidates can download mark sheets from the website. There will be document verification and publishing of merit lists on basis of the result of MHT CET 2018. Candidates will be invited to apply for admission.

Allotment for All India Quota seats is usually on basis of JEE Main.
