Mumbai University LL.M Admission 2020
Application form for admission to the LL.M Degree Course will be made available by the Mumbai University. It must be filled correctly by the candidates in the prescribed form which can be downloaded from the below-mentioned link. The application should be duly filled and submitted by the candidates to the Department of Law within the prescribed time mentioned below. Admission of the Students is purely & strictly based on the merit gained in the LL.M. Entrance Examination. Expected schedule of Mumbai University LL.M Admission 2020 is given below.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed LL.B. degree course or those candidates who are in the final semester of 3 or 5 years LL.B. degree course from the University of Mumbai or Other Universities are eligible to apply for All India LL.M. Entrance Examination 2020-2021. Candidates are advised to check their eligibility before applying or submitting the application form.
LL.M Application Form 2020
Before filling the application form, candidates should thoroughly check the eligibility criteria for the same. If any information given by candidates in the application form will be found incorrect or incomplete, then immediately the application will be rejected by the university. If candidates failed to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria at any stage, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
Candidates are advised to pay the below-mentioned fee only by using demand draft facility of nationalized banks
- For General category students: ₹ 650/- which is non-refundable.
- For Reserved category (including SC, ST, VJ/DT–NT(A,B,C,D) OBC, SBC) students: ₹ 350/- (Non-refundable).
- Once the fee is paid by the candidates, then there is no option to get a refund.
Mode of payment:
Candidates need to pay the fee through “Demand draft” as per the details are given below:
- The Demand draft should be drawn in favor of “The Finance and Accounts Officer, the University of Mumbai”, which is payable at Mumbai.
- The demand draft should be submitted by the applicant/candidate at the time submitting the application form at “Office of The Department of Law, Room No. 126, University of Mumbai, Fort Campus, Mumbai – 32”.
- For each and every candidate it is important to write their name and mobile number at the backside of respective demand draft.

LL.M Hall Ticket 2020
Candidates need to follow the instructions given in the hall ticket. Seat number will be alotted at the of submitting the application form, the exam or test centers will be updated 3 days before the date of examination on the official website of Mumbai University. Without hall ticket candidate can’t sit in the examination.
Exam Details
The LL.M. Entrance Examination test paper will consist of 50 objective type questions in total, which is MCQ based. The total number of marks is 100. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Test Centers
The Mumbai University will release the list of test center for LL.M 2020 entrance exam on the official website. Candidates who have applied for the entrance examination make sure that they reach there on time and must carry necessary documents along with them on the date of examination. The venue for the entrance test is Mumbai itself and specific exam centers will be updated soon by the Mumbai University.
Selection Process
Candidates are required to secure a minimum of a below-given percentage in different categories in order to qualify for the admission:

Admission of the students/candidates strictly based on the percentage secured in the LL.M Entrance Examination 2020. Admission is also subject to reservation policy of the Government and rules prescribed by the University.
