NEET 2020 Admit Card – NTA has issued NEET admit card 2020 on August 26, 2020. The admit card of NEET 2020 has been released online, on ntaneet.nic.in. Candidates can download it from the link below. To do so, the candidates need to enter application number, password, and date of birth. NEET 2020 is scheduled to be held of September 13, 2020. Candidates must carry the hall ticket on the exam day. To download the admit card for NEET, candidates may follow the instructions as provided below –

Step 2: Next, the students have to log in using the following details:
- Application number.

How to Download NEET 2020 Admit Card Without Internet Connection?
Those candidates who do not have an internet access or printers can download their admit card for NEET 2020 from a nearby Common Services Centre (CSC). These centres are spread across the country and charge a nominal fee for the services. To locate the nearest CSC, visit the website, http://www.csc.gov.in. The services and fee provided by Common Services Centre (CSC) are as follows:

In case if a candidate does not remember or do not have their NEET login details, they can retrieve it easily from the official website. To retrieve the login details, you can check the step-by-step instructions as mentioned below:
How to get NEET 2020 application number?
- Click here in case you forgot application number.
- After this, you need to enter details like their name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, category.

- Next, click on the ‘submit’ button after which your application number will be displayed on the screen.
Another way to get application number – After the candidates register for the exam, their application number is sent on their registered email id. Hence, you can check your inbox or spam folder for the same.
How to retrieve NEET 2020 login password?
- Click here in case if you forgot password for NEET 2020 login.
- Now, there are two options by which you can reset your password – Through OTP or through Security question.
- If you select the first option i.e by OTP, you will need to enter application number, your name and date of birth in the specified fields. Submit the login details, after which an OTP will be sent. Enter the provided OTP after which you can reset your password.

- If you select the second option, i.e by Security question, you need to application number, your name, date of birth, security question and security answer.
- Once you submit the login details, you will be able to reset your old password.

What to Carry on NEET 2020 Exam Day?
On the day of the entrance exam, candidates have to carry the following list of documents / items –
- Color print out of the admit card with passport size photograph affixed on it.
- One passport size photo to be pasted on the attendance sheet.
- One Post Card Size (4”X6”) color photograph with white background to be pasted on the proforma download along with the admit card.
- A valid original ID proof.
- PwD certificate, if applicable.

Items Banned to Carry Inside NEET 2020 Exam Hall
NTA has listed down the items which aspirants are banned from carrying inside the examination centre. If found in possession of any of the below-mentioned items, they shall be not allowed to sit for the test. Check the list of banned items from below.
- Any test-based material like written/printed.
- Pencil box / pouches / geometry box.
- Electronic device like calculator, electronic pens, digital watch, mobile phone, smartwatch, camera, bluetooth, fitness bands, earphones, pager, etc.
- Stationery item like pen, scale, eraser, etc.
- Accessories such as bags, belts, cap, goggles, wallets, etc.
- Any ornaments like earrings, nose pins, piercings, etc.
- Eatables (packed or home-cooked).

NEET Admit Card 2020 Important Instructions
Below we have mentioned some of the important instructions for NEET 2020 exam.
- It is advised to take a color print out of the admit card on the day of the exam.
- Paste a color passport size photo (same as the one uploaded in NEET application form) on the space provided on the admit card.
- The admit card must be signed by the parent / guardian.
What Changes are done in NEET Admit Card 2020?
NTA has made the following changes in NEET 2020 admit card –
- Special instructions related to COVID-19 has been included in the admit card.
- Staggered Time Slot for the candidates reporting at the examination centres has been changed to ‘Slot Time‘.
- List of items allowed inside the test centre is provided in the admit card itself.
- A hyper link location of the test centre is provided on the hall ticket. Candidates can verify the location of the centre by clicking on the link.
Advisory Regarding COVID-19 for NEET 2020 Exam
NTA has a huge responsibility of conducting the entrance exam hassle-free amidst COVID-19 pandemic. With the latest pandemic threat, the health of the students is the utmost priority for the exam conducting body. NTA has pro-actively worked with the health experts and defined norms to ensure that the exams can go with adequate precautions. However, along with NTA, the candidates are also equally responsible for the smooth flow of conducting the exam. Below is the advisory regarding COVID-19 released by NTA, students can take a note of it –
- The seating plan will allow the candidates to sit at a safe distance from each other.
- Gloves, Masks and Hand sanitizers will be provided to the candidates at the test centre, in case if they don’t have one.
- Thermo guns for temperature check of candidates and all staff on duty will be done.
- Aspirants are allowed to carry their own water bottles inside the test centre.
- If the temperature (< 37.4°C/99.4°F), they move to frisking personnnel for frisking, whereas, if the temperature is 37.4°C/99.4°F, the students will be moved to the isolation room.
- To avoid overcrowding at the exam centre, staggering of time slots will be done.
- NTA will also send an SMS for the process of staggered entry on the candidate’s registered mobile number.
- Separate registration room will be established. Students in a batch of 15 girls and 15 boys will be ushered in two different registration room.
- Once the exam is over, one candidate at a time will be moved out of the test centre.
NEET 2020 Dress Code (Male & Female) by NTA
Another main concern of the candidates appearing for the entrance exam is the dress code. Those appearing for the entrance exam must abide byt he rules of the dress code. We have provided the dress code code for both male and females as prescribed by NTA.

- Do not wear long / full sleeves shirt or t-shirt.
- Do not wear clothes with zips, pockets, huge buttons, etc.
- Wear simple trouser / pants.
- Avoid wearing jeans on exam day.
- Avoid layers of clothing and kurta pajamas.
- Shoes, boots, or any covered footwear is not allowed. It is advised to wear slippers or open-toed sandals instead.
NEET 2020 Dress Code for Women
- Likewise, females are advised to wear half sleeve t-shirts / shirts / kurta.
- Clothes with lon sleeves or fancy dresses are not allowed.
- Avoid wearing metallic / non-metallic jewelry.
- Shoes, boots, heels, and other fancy footwear is not allowed. Wear open sandals or slippers.
About NEET 2020
National Testing Agency (NTA), conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admissions into the MBBS, BDS, AYUSH course like BUMS, BHMS, BAMS, etc. The exam is held in pen and paper mode. NEET UG has 180 MCQ type questions in total. Candidates are allotted 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for the incorrect ones.
