| LLB | Candidates must have passed Bachelors degree with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST). Age Limit: The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 3 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 30 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicant it is limited to 35 years. |
| BA LLB | Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST). Age Limit: The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 5 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 20 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicant it is limited to 22 years. |
| BBA LLB | Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST). - There will be 100 multiple choice questions in exam.
- Overall paper will be of 100 marks.
- There is no negative marking.

- Candidates who wish to study LLM at Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College must appear in Combined All India PG Law Entrance Test of total marks 200, of which Entrance Test will be of 140 marks and group discussion of 60 marks.
- Entrance exam will have 140 multiple choice questions.
- There will not be any negative marking.

New Law College Entrance Exam 2020 Admit Card
Exam conducting body will issue admit card on official website and will be available in online mode. All candidates who submit application form on time will be able to download admit card to appear in exam. Candidate have to login with their login credentials and download the admit card and print the admit card. Candidate will not be allowed to appear for entrance test without the admit card.
Exam Day Instructions
Candidates must carry following 2 things on day of exam.
- Printed copy of New Law College 2020 Admit Card
- Any 1 valid photo IDs (must be original, valid and non-expired): Aadhaar Card /PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport.

New Law College Entrance Exam 2020 Counselling
Every candidate must visit the official website for law college Pune from time to time for updated information and clarification regarding counseling schedule. Candidates who have qualified the Entrance Exam will only be called for counseling through website notification. The candidate should also note that no information regarding counseling will be sent individually. Admission to LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB and LLM shall be made on the basis of inter-se merit secured by the candidate at the Entrance Exam as per the requirement of intake capacity.
The candidate shall confirm the admission by paying the total fees prescribed on the date of Counseling. For admission to New Law College Pune the entire fee should be paid through demand draft in favour of Principal, New Law College Pune drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Pune.
