NIELIT Scholarship 2020: National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) which is an autonomous Scientific Society under Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India Provide a specific amount of scholarship for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Female candidates who pursuing O/A/B/C Level Course as a full time course conducted by NIELIT which is formerly known as DOEACC Society. The scholarship scheme comes in the effect from January 2003, Examination. For availing the benefit of scholarship candidates must qualify the above-discussed course in the first attempt and complete the courses in the number of attempts given in subsequent paragraphs. NIELIT Scholarship 2020
The scholarship scheme which is conducted by the NIELIT(DOEACC) Society is effective from January 2003, Examination. The scholarship scheme is only applicable for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Female candidates pursuing O/A/B/C level course as a full-time course through an institute authorised to conduct the DOEACC accredited courses. Eligibility
- The candidates should belong to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped group and all group of female candidates.
- The candidates are pursuing O/A/B/C level course as a full-time course through an institute authorised to conduct the DOEACC accredited courses.
- Candidates must pass the above-discussed courses in the number of attempts given in subsequent paragraphs and clear the papers in their first attempt.
- Parent’s income should not be more than Rs. 1 Lac P.a.
Document Required for Submission Along with the Scholarship Form
- Proof of Income.
- Proof of Registration/up-gradation.
- proof of pursuing O/A/B/C level as a full-time course.
- Proof of passing the examination of relevant level.
Scholarship Amount
The amount of Scholarship shall be four times the examination fee paid per module paper i.e. Rs. 500/- as at present or in other words Rs. 2000/- per module. The details of scholarship amount as course wise and the number of instalment have been provided below.

Scholarship Details for Each level
‘O’ Level
At ‘O’ level, a candidate should have completed that course within the next two consecutive examinations after registration. On successful clearance of the first two papers, a candidate shall be reimbursed Rs. 4000/- shall be paid on successful completion of the balance papers in the subsequent examination.
‘A’ Level or Part I of ‘B’ Level
At ‘A’ level or part I of ‘B’ level, a candidate shall have to complete the entire course in three examinations commencing from the examination stated in the registration allotment letter. Amount of scholarship shall be paid in two instalments as stated above. First instalments on clearing three papers, second instalment on clearing next three papers and balance on successful completion of the course.
‘B’ Level
AT ‘B’ level for the remaining papers, candidates shall have to complete the balance 15 papers after clearing 10 papers of ‘A’ level in four consecutive attempts and shall be paid scholarship in four instalments. First, Second and third instalments on clearing five papers in each attempt and balance in the fourth instalment on successful completion of the course.
‘C’ Level
At ‘C’ Level, a candidate have to complete the entire course in three examinations and shall be paid scholarship in three instalments. Each installment shall be paid on clearing six each attempt.
