National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has declared NIOS DElEd Supplementary Result 2020, for the exams held between January 04 to 18. For now, the result has only been announced for Bihar. Candidates can check it online, at deled.nios.ac.in. The marks of the candidates, along with other details are mentioned in the scorecard.

NIOS conducted D.El.Ed last supplementary exam for those candidates who appeared for semester 1, 2, 3, or 4 exam and received the following status in their previous NIOS D.El.Ed result:
- F – Fail
- AB – Absent
- SYC – Subject yet to clear
- SYCI – Subject yet to clear in internal (TMA)
- SYCT – Subject yet to clear in theroy
- SYCP – Subject yet to clear in practical
- RW – Result is withheld
How to Check NIOS DElEd 2020 Supplementary Result?
To check the result, you can follow the steps as provided below:
Step 1: Click on the link provided on this page or visit the official website at dled.nios.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the relevant link for checking the result.
Step 3: Next, you need to log in by providing enrollment number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on the ‘submit’ button after which in the next screen, your result will appear on the screen.
What After NIOS D.El.Ed Result is Declared?
Those who qualify all the semester of NIOS D.El.Ed will get original degree certificate and mark sheet. It reflects the candidate’s performance in the exam and it further validates that a candidate is eligible to be in-service. The certificate for D.El.Ed is sent to all regional offices by NIOS. It is further sent to the district education offices. Then the certificates from all DEO offices will be sent to the 1440 Study Center. Finally, the teacher gets the certificates from their study centers.
If a candidate is not satisfied with their result, then they may submit a request for re-checking of answer sheet. The request for Re-evaluation of the answer sheet in any subject must be submitted within 30 days from the date of declaration of the result and the process of re-checking and re-evaluation will be completed within 45 days of the receipt of your application.
Patna High Court Judgement for NIOS D.El.Ed
The Patna High court has given a relief for the lakhs of teachers who have taken the 18-month D.El.Ed course. The judgement passed by the Patna Court is said to benefit around 02 lakh Diploma in Elementary Education (DLED) teachers of the state. Now, as per the instructions by the Court, it has been decided to include such teachers in the teacher planning.
