NMAT 2020: It is a national-level management admission test conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). NMAT 2020 is going to be conducted in India and outside India from October 06 to December 19, 2020. It takes place as computer based test. The eligible candidates can apply for the test online on the official website of the test, nmat.org.in. Using the scorecard of NMAT 2020, candidates can apply to 52 business schools in the countries of India, Nigeria, South Africa and Phillipines. NMAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
GMAC has not specified any fixed eligibility criteria for the candidates to take the test. All the applicants who register for the exam and pay the fee for the same, before the end of deadline, are eligible to take the exam. However, the candidates must make sure that they fulfil the eligibility requirements laid down by the particular institutes where they wish to apply with NMAT score. Each such school/institute specifies its own eligibility criteria that candidates need to adhere to. The basic minimum qualification to pursue MBA or an equivalent graduate management degree is having a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3-year duration) after 12th.

All those who wish to sit for the online evaluation test, NMAT by GMAC, need to register first. Only registrations made through the official website of the exam are considered valid. Along with submitting the online application form, candidates need to pay test fee as well. Check the application procedure below.
How to Fill NMAT 2020 Application Form
Step 1: Visit the NMAT by GMAC website, nmat.org.in.
Step 2: Create account using email id and other basic details. A verification link is going to be sent to the email address provided. Use this link to verify and successfully create an account.
Step 3: Enter the required details in the registration form which include the following:
- Personal information
- Contact details
- Education qualifications along with work experience
- Preference of programmes/schools to send scores
- ID, that is to be carried on day of the test
Step 4: Upload photograph strictly in accordance with the specified format and size.
Step 5: Submit all the details and proceed to pay the fees. After successful fee payment, candidates are going to receive a “NMAT by GMAC ID”. Make a note of it. After successful registration, candidates can schedule their exam, book slot and download the admit card from the dashboard.
Note that applicants can choose a maximum of 5 programmes/schools, where they wish to apply, within the registration fee. For additional choices, an additional fee is required for each extra school/programme.
Application Fee: Candidates can check the registration fee, retake fee and other fees (as applicable) from the table given here. The fee amount has to be paid online using a debit card, net-banking, diners club etc.

- Language of test- The question paper is set in English.
- Mode- GMAC conducts the test in online mode as a CBT (Computer Based Test).
- Duration of test- The whole test lasts for a total of 120 minutes.
- Number of questions- There are a total of 108 questions in NMAT 2020.
- Total Marks- The examinees are going to be evaluated out of a total of 360 marks.

NMAT 2020 Admit Card
After successfully completing online registration and fee payment, candidates can download their NMAT 2020 admit card from the candidate dashboard. It is mandatory to carry admit card to the test centres on the day of the test. NMAT admit card contains details pertaining to registration details, photograph of the candidate, test time, test slot and test centre. Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry certain other documents as listed below.

NMAT 2020 Result
The result of the test is announced on the official website of NMAT and is made available in the form of score cards. Since the questions are randomly selected from a question pool, hence the scores of the candidates are scaled on a fixed range. After the test is completed, the test taker can check his/her unofficial score card on the spot. However, GMAC provides the official score card within 48 hours of the test. An email is sent to the concerned candidate about the availability of score card. The candidate can then download the score card from his/her NMAT 2020 dashboard.
