Candidates who are willing to pursue M.Tech. in NSIT may fill the application forms before the due date. For Full-time M.tech candidates should have a valid GATE score for admission and for Part Time/weekend programme in M.Tech candidates are required to appear in the written examination of NSUT. NSIT M.Tech. Admission 2020 Eligibility
For Full Time/Part Time/ Weekend M.Tech Programme:
Duration of course for For Full-time M.Tech is Two years / Four Semesters and for Part Time/weekend programme M.Tech is Three years / Six Semesters.

Minimum Eligibility Of Marks
Eligibility of marks for Admission to M. Tech. are as follows:
Candidates possessing minimum educational qualifications should have secured minimum marks/equivalent CGPA as given in the following table:

Reservation
Reservations for Scheduled class (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Other backward Classes (OBC) and Physically Challenged (PH) candidates will be as per the admission procedure and implemented division wise as per the approvals of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Presently following policy is followed:
“No seats be reserved for Scheduled Castes in a post-graduate course where the number of seats is less than 7. Where number of seats is 7 or more but less than 15, 15% of seats be reserved for Schedule caste candidates (if no schedule caste candidate is available, the seat would go to a schedule tribe candidate, if available). Where the number of seats is 15 or more reservation @15% and @7.5% for schedule castes and schedule tribes candidates (inter-changeable) be made respectively. The reservation will be implemented department wise. A minimum 5% of total seats will be reserved (Horizontal Reservation in each category) to the physically challenged candidates if they are eligible (not less than 40% of disabilities).
