As corona virus is tightening its grip, more and more entrance exams in India are postponing. National Testing Agency (NTA) had to postpone JEE Main and now there are talks that even NEET 2020 might also be pushed back. Amid the crisis, NTA has started helpdesk facilities to resolve the exam related queries of the candidates. NTA released an official notice for it, at nta.ac.in, and in it helpline number and e-mails are available. Limited facility is available right now because of the COVID-19 lockdown, however, candidates can use it to resolve doubts and get latest updates.

Apart from helping the students with all the helpdesk numbers and email ids. NTA has appealed to the students that even they are working with limited resources. They have requested the candidates to text for any exam-related query at the below given numbers:

NTA has also stated that the candidates must stay in touch with the official website, nta.ac.in, for any update or query.
Postponement of Exams Conducted by NTA
NTA has already postponed JEE Main 2020 April exam until further notice. However, there is still a cloud on uncertainty on NEET 2020. While the admit card of NEET 2020 will be released on March 27, 2020, as per the initial schedule, but it is now not confirmed.
However, many reliable news reports have stated the NEET 2020 admit card will not be released tomorrow, March 27, 2020. The exam dates might as well be postponed and new dates will be announced after April 14, 2020, when the lockdown ends. This decision has been taken due to 21 days lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic in the nation.
Official notice in this regard is still awaited. NEET 2020 exam date as of now remains May 03, 2020.
National Testing Agency
National Testing Agency is an Indian government agency. It was set in 2017 and from 2019 it has been holding national level entrance exams like NEET, JEE Main, CMAT, GPAT, DUET, JNUEE, IIFT MBA entrance exam, IGNOU MBA entrance exam, and many others. The specialty of this agency is that, it holds all the exam in computer-based test mode. Also, it looks over the process of conducting the exam starting from the application process to the result declaration.
