Eligibility Criteria for NTRUHS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The Eligible candidates, who have qualified and secured minimum percentile in NEET UG – 2020, have to apply for determining the Merit position for Competent Authority and Management Quota seats in respective categories subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer Regulations/ Prospectus for detailed clarifications).
Age Limit: The Candidate should have completed 17 years of age on December 31, 2020 for all courses.
For Competent Authority Quota Seats: The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holder and should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions Order, 1974.
Educational Qualifications for BAMS/BHMS/BNYS under Competent Authority Quota Seats: The candidate must have passed either of the following:
- Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.
- OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects.
- BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects..
- Intermediate in science with PCB including a practical test in these subjects and English as a compulsory subject.
- Pre-professional or pre-medical exam with PCB after passing higher secondary school exam or pre-university exam or equivalent, with English as a compulsory subject.
- 1st year of 3-year degree course with PCB including practical test in these subjects
- any other equivalent exam
Educational Qualifications for BUMS under Competent Authority Quota Seats: The candidate must have passed either
- Intermediate or equivalent by state board with PCB and English and obtained minimum 50% marks in science subjects (40% for SC/ST/OBC)
- Class 10 with Urdu/Arabic/Persian or clear test of Urdu of 10 standard in the entrance exam conducted by university/board/association authorized by government.
Educational Qualifications for BAMS/BHMS/BNYS under Management Quota Seats: Same as that for Competent Authority Quota Seats.
Cut-Off for NTRUHS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The candidates willing to take admission in AYUSH courses of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences have to clear the NEET 2020 cutoff before applying. Applications of Only NEET 2020 candidates are considered for admission. The cut-off or qualifying percentile of NEET is mentioned below.

Application Form for NTRUHS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The application forms for NTRUHS AYUSH Admissions 2020 are released online. The candidates can visit apmedadm.ntruhs.ap.gov.in to fill application form for Competent Authority seats and bahnumq.apntruhs.in for Management Quota seats. The detailed steps to fill the application form are given below.
Steps to fill the Application form
Step 1: Visit the official website mentioned above.
Step 2: Now Click on “Online Registration” button.
Step 3: After that a Registration page appears where candidates have to enter details to register themselves.

Step 4: After entering the details click on “Validate button”
Step 5: If all the details you have entered are correct then you will receive your Registration number. Candidates are advised to keep it safe for future reference.

Step 6: Now enter your NEET Roll number and Registration number which you have received after registration for updating details and click on “Validate” button.

Step 7: Now an Application From will be displayed on the screen as shown below.

Step 8: After filling the form click on Save and Exit button. This step is repeated till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay button and proceed for payment.
Step 9: Next you will be directed to the payment gateway, click “OK”, select mode of payment and pay the required amount of fee.

Step 10: On successful payment, filled in application form will appear. Download and take a printout of the form and affix your photograph in the space provided.

Application Fee and Mode of Payment
Candidates can pay fee online though Debit card or Credit card or Net Banking. Please note that fee data is as per last year.
- For management Quota candidates: Registration Fee is Rs. 3,540.
- Competent Authority Quota candidates: Rs 3540 for OC and BC while RS 2950 for SC/ST.

Merit List for NTRUHS AYUSH Admissions 2020
Merit List for NTRUHS AYUSH admissions 2020 will be published on the official website. Merit List is determined by NEET UG scores. Other factors have no role to play while deciding the merit position of the candidates.The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for exercising web options after verification of original certificates at the centers notified by the University. A link to check the merit list will be provided here, once the merit list is published on the university website.
Counselling for NTRUHS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The notification for counselling events is published on the official university website. The schedule for the same is given in the table on this page. Counselling process takes place in multiple stages: verification of documents at the designated centres, exercising web-options for desired seats, downloading provisional allotment letter and reporting to the allotted institute within stipulated window. Check the detailed procedure below:
Document Verification: Take print-out of the filled-in application form and affix photograph, same as that in NEET 2020 application form. Carry this with original documents and 3 sets of attested copies of all the documents.
Web-options: The university will release final merit position of the applicants after document verification. After the release of notice, the candidates can fill their preferences online within the specified window.
Allotment of Seats and Joining: The seats will be allotted based on the choices filled and merit position of the candidate. Candidate has to report to the allotted institute at the specified time and date with his/her original documents.
Documents needed during certificate verification: Candidates have to bring the following documents at the time of counselling for verification of original certificates.
- Original NEET – UG 2020 Admit card
- Original NEET – UG 2020 Score card
- SSC certificate or equivalent with Date of Birth
- Intermediate of A.P. or its equivalent examination with 10+2 pattern.
- Permanent Caste Certificate, if applicable
