MP Pre PG DMAT 2016 – Exam Pattern and Syllabus

Pre PG DMAT Exam Pattern and SyllabusDetails of MP Pre PG DMAT exam pattern and syllabus are expected to be announced in February 2016.

The entrance exam is held on an all India level for admission to Post Graduate Medical (MD / MS) and Post Graduate Dental (MDS) in private unaided medical and dental colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

The syllabus of exam is expected to be such as to test a candidate’s aptitude for studying post graduate medical and dental studies.

In the meantime, refer to last year’s syllabus and exam pattern.

Insofar, MP Pre PG DMAT 2016 has not been officially announced. All the details given on this page are as per last year’s brochure and is only for reference. Medical aspirants can go through the information given here to get an idea of the exam pattern and level of exam. Candidates should go through the contents of the Information Brochure carefully and for any clarification and genuine doubts / difficulties, approach the Admission Committee.

MP Pre PG DMAT Exam Pattern

  • Pre PG DMAT will be conducted at Indore city. If due to unforeseen circumstances during the conduct of Pre PG DMAT at the Centre and in the contingencies like incidence of mass copying, leakage of Question Paper, entrance of unauthorized persons in the examination centre / hall, natural calamities, riots, etc. the Admission Committee may cancel the examination and examination would be re-conducted on a later date at the earliest.
  • All questions are compulsory hence the candidate is expected to attempt all 200 questions. Out of four bubbles provided against each question on the OMR sheet, the candidates will have to darken only one bubble by using Black Ball Point Pen for each correct answer one mark will be awarded.
  • There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers. Scratching, tick marks, use of whitener and multiple answer and use of any pencil, pen other than black ball point pep, will be awarded no marks. The candidate should use Black Ball Point Pen only to fill the OMR Answer Sheet.
  • Duration of the test will be of Three Hours. The medium of the Test shall be English only.
  • No candidate will be allowed to appear for Pre PG DMAT unless he/she holds valid admit card issued by the APDMC.

NOTE: – The Association reserves the right to add the Test Centres.

Defective questions, their cancellation and awards of marks in lieu of cancelled questions.

  • Wrong structuring.
  • More than one option being correct.
  • None of the option being correct.
  • Any printing error leading to a situation where more than one answer may be correct or none of the answer may be correct.

In lieu of the cancelled questions, every candidate will be awarded extra marks in proportion to the marks obtained by him, irrespective of the fact whether the candidate had attempted such cancelled question or not.

The answers prepared by the subject experts shall be final and binding.
