REAP Seat Allotment 2017 – The choices submitted by the candidates has been processed centrally and seats has been allotted in the order of merit (as per the rules of merit) on the basis of the locked choices.

The allotment of institute and branch to the candidate has been carried out through the computer software by strictly following the order of merit, seats available and the order of options filled in by the candidate and option of category and income group opted by the candidate himself. No correction will be allowed in the Option Form once submitted. No admission shall be made after the date as fixed by Chairperson, Coordination Committee, REAP-2017. Allotment list has been declared on the choice-cum-merit basis as per the options filled in by the candidate.

Seat Allotment Process

(I Stage) Allotment for out of Rajasthan Candidates

Check allotment status after login on REAP-2017 website. Download the allotment letter. Report to the allotted institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all the documents. Candidate will report online through the allotted institute. The candidate has to deposit all the original documents and balance fee (if any, after deducting Advance fee of Rs 10,000/= deposited with REAP-2017) at the reported institute failing which his/her admission would be treated as cancelled without any prior notice/ intimation. Aadhaar card is mandatory for joining at the Reporting Institute.

Counseling Process for the Candidates with Rajasthan Domicile.

(II Stage) I Round seat allotment for candidates with Rajasthan Domicile.

  • Check I-round allotment status after login on REAP-2017 website. Download the allotment letter. Report to the allotted institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all the documents. Candidate will report online through the allotted institute. Aadhaar card is mandatory for joining at the Reporting Institute. The candidate has to deposit balance fee (if any, after deducting Advance fee of Rs 10,000/= deposited with REAP-2017) at the first reported institute.
  • Please Do not deposit your original document to the first reporting institute.
  • Reported candidate may give their option for upward movement/ Withdrawal.

(III Stage) II Round seat allotment (Upward Movement) for candidates with Rajasthan Domicile

  • If candidate is allotted new/ higher preference, report to the new allotted institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all the documents. The candidate (whether Upgraded in Upward movement or not) has to deposit all the original documents at the last reported institute failing which his/her admission would be treated as cancelled without any prior notice/ intimation. Aadhaar card is mandatory for joining at the Reporting Institute.
  • Reported candidate may give their option for online withdrawal of admission through last reported institute. Last date for withdrawal of admission is 31 July 2017.

Special Round/ Spot round for candidates with Rajasthan Domicile and Out of Rajasthan Candidates

(IV Stage) Special Round

Registration opens again. Candidates already registered need not register again. Following category of candidates may join the Special round:

  • Candidates who have registered before and did not pay Advance fee (Rs. 10,000/=) may join the spot round by paying the advance fee of Rs. 10,000/= and filling the Option/choice form.
  • Candidates who have registered before and were allotted a seat may join the spot round
    by withdrawing their admission through the last reported institute (online withdrawal of admission through last reported institute by 31 July 2017) by paying a fee of Rs.  1000/
    (Rupees One Thousand only). Such candidates would have the option to modify their
    Option/Choice form.
  • Candidates who have applied (registered and filled the option/choice form) in the main
    round but ware not allotted a seat due to choice exhausted may give their consent throughREAP-2017 website to join Special/Spot round without paying any fee. Such candidates would have the option to modify their Option/Choice form.
  • Candidates who have registered before and were allotted a seat but did not join the
    allotted institute (not-reported) may join the spot round by paying an advance fee of Rs.
    10,000/= (Rupees Ten thousand only). Such candidates would have the option to modify their Option/Choice form.
  • Candidates who have registered before and were allotted a seat may join the spot round
    by withdrawing their admission through the last reported institute (online withdrawal of
    admission through last reported institute after 31 July 2017) by paying a fee of Rs.
    10000/= (Rupees Ten Thousand only). Such candidates would have the option to modify
    their Option/Choice form.
  • Candidates who have not applied earlier may apply by registering themselves at REAP-
    2017 website (by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 700/= online through REAP-2017
    web portal), Paying an advance fee of Rs. 10,000/= online through REAP-2017 web
    portal, filling their Option/Choice form before the notified date,

The following would be the priority sequence for the merit list for the candidates who
participate in the special/spot round:

  • Rajasthan Domicile Candidates who registered in REAP-2017 on the basis of JEE Mains-
    2017 merit for admission in B.Tech. (JEE Mains 2017 paper-II for admission in B.Arch)
  • Rajasthan Domicile Candidates who registered in REAP-2017 on the basis of class-12
    marks/percentile for admission in B.Tech. (50% weightage to class-12 marks/percentile
    and 50% weightage to NATA score for admission B. Arch).
  • Out of Rajasthan Candidates who registered in REAP-2017 on the basis of JEE Mains-
    7 merit for admission in B.Tech.(JEE Mains 2017 paper-II for admission in B.Arch)
  • Out of Rajasthan Candidates who registered in REAP-2017 on the basis of class-12
    marks/percentile for admission in B.Tech. (50% weightage to class-12 marks/percentile
    and 50% weightage to NATA score for admission in B. Arch).
