REAP 2019 Seat Allotment Rounds

The allotment of the seats for REAP 2019 will be done through three round of counseling followed by the one special round. The rounds are listed below and explained further for the ease of candidates:

  • Round 1 (Out of Rajasthan, Ex. Serviceman, PWD, KM candidates only)
  • Round 2 (Rajasthan State Candidates)
  • Round 3 (Upward Movement)
  • Special Round (carried out at Institute Level)

Priority of admission

The priority of Admission for B.E./B.Tech. course:

The candidate is required to register through the REAP-2019 web portal. The candidate may register on the basis of JEE Main-2019(Paper 1) rank / Class-12th marks/percentile or Marks/Percentage in Diploma in Engineering & Technology approved by the state government and AICTE.

However, the candidates are advised to register on the basis of JEE Main-2019(Paper 1) rank as JEE Main2019(Paper-1) rank would be given higher priority in comparison to class-12th marks/percentile and Marks/ Percentage in Diploma in Engineering & Technology approved by state government and AICTE in preparing the combined merit list during all the stages of counseling in REAP-2019 as listed below:

The priority of Admission for B.Arch. (5 Years) course:

If a candidate registers in B.Arch. course on the basis of class-12 marks/ percentage, or diploma (10+3) (any stream) or International Baccalaureate Diploma then it is mandatory for him/her to submit valid National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)-2019 score conducted by Council of Architecture (COA) or any other aptitude test conducted by competent authority of the state govt./ UT.

A candidate will not qualify in NATA-2019 unless he/she satisfies all three conditions mentioned below:

  1. A minimum of 25% must be secured in MCQ portion (30 out of 120)
  2. A minimum of 25% must be secured in Drawing portion ( 20 out of 80)
  3. Overall qualifying marks (out of 200) would be based on post-exam statistics and the discretion of the council

Deposition of Fees and Original Documents

At the time of reporting in the allotted institute, the candidates will have to show all original documents, certificates, and receipt of registration cum application form fee along with provisional seat allotment letter generated by the REAP-2019 web portal. The candidate is also required to deposit a self-attested copy of all the documents. Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:

  1. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP-2019 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent color photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional colored photograph with them.
  2. Aadhar Card/ Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt.
  3. Valid JEE Mains-2019 (Paper 1) rank card (if applicable).
  4. Class X (High School) Board Marksheet/ Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  5. Mark sheet of class 12th Science (for Subjects) or Diploma.
  6. Certificate of category (SC / ST/ OBC /MBC/ EWS), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
  7. Undertaking by OBC/MBC in the required format (for the non-creamy layer), (if applicable).
  8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD), (if applicable).
  9. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, (if applicable).
  10. Domicile certificate.
  11. Income Certificate.
  12. Medical Fitness Certificate.
  13. The fee to be deposited at the Institute.

Withdrawal Admission

If a candidate wishes to withdraw his/her admission, the candidate must contact in person to the institute in which he/she has taken admission. The candidate should surrender the provisional seat allotment letter with cancellation application on or before July 31, 2019, for B.E. / B.Tech. and August 09, 2019, for B. Arch. The institute has to report the withdrawal of the candidate’s admission online latest by July 31, 2019, for B.E. / B.Tech. and August 09, 2019, for B. Arch. The candidate should ensure that the “check candidate status” on the REAP-2019 web portal (after candidates’ login) is displayed as “Admission withdrawn on request of the candidate”.

If a candidate has withdrawn his/her admission on or before the specified date, he/she will get the refund from the allotted institute only as per AICTE guidelines
