How to download RRB NTPC Admit Card?
The process of downloading call letters for RRB NTPC 2019 / 2020 / 2021, be it for CBT 1, CBT 2, skill test or document verification, is a simple and candidate friendly process. RRBs may also send SMS to candidates when link to download RRB NTPC admit card 2019 is available. However even if candidate does not get sms, he/she should check the official websites regularly to check for availability.
1st Step: Visit the official website
Now there are two ways to do it.
1a. First of all, you can go to any of the official RRB websites, links for which you can get from indianrailways.gov.in.
Now when you reach any of the official websites, and the admit card has been released, then only you will see the direct download links. For example you can see in the image below, the link that was provided for a previous RRB exam.
1b. Or, you can click on the RRB wise links given above. On the next pages, you will find RRB NTPC admit card download links for respective RRBs.
2nd Step: Click on admit card download link
As soon as admit card releases, you will see link on the official website.
This will take you to a page containing RRB NTPC admit card download login page for each RRB.
Note! You can skip both these steps and click on the direct link to download admit card given above on this page!
3rd Step: Login
Now enter registration number, and date of birth in order to login.
4th Step: Click on admit card link
Once you are logged in, you will see your details, and a link to download the e-call letter. Click that.
Then on the next screen, you will have to select assessment name, Railway Recruitment Board.
You will immediately get a download link. Click it.
5th Step: Download and print RRB NTPC admit card 2020
Save a pdf copy so that even when admit card download closes, you have a soft copy to print anytime. Also, take a clear printout.
I have logged in but I cannot see my RRB NTPC admit card – What to do now?!
If you do not see any link to download admit card after logging in, do not panic. This is probably because your admit card is yet to be released.
What is your exam date? Subtract 4 from the exam date and that is the date from which your admit card will be available.
If the date of release of your exam date’s admit card has already arrived, and you are still unable to get any hall ticket, then please contact your respective RRB.
How to download RRB Admit Card if forgot registration number?
Candidates who have forgotten their registration number will be able to get it from the login page. Now that the admit card is available, a forgot registration number link has also been made available.
When you click this link, you will get two options to get forgotten registration number – by name and date of birth, or email id and date of birth.
So either enter your name, your mother’s name, and your date of birth and login. Or enter your email ID and dob to get it.
Pre-Requisites for RRB NTPC e-Call Letter 2019 Download
Just keep these rules in mind.
Rule #1: Know your login credentials. You need registration number, and date of birth to login for your call letter. Keep them handy.
Rule #2: Know the hardware, software requirements: You need to use the latest web browser, on any device with internet (computer, laptop, tablet, mobile) to just download the admit card of RRB NTPC 2019. But to print it, you need a printer also.
Rule #3: Do not wait for the last moment. You get only 4 days to download the admit card. Download it sooner to know the exact center and visit it a day before the exam.

After you download the RRB admit card, you should go through all the details in it. Everything should be correct. Your RRB admit card will have the following information.
- Roll number
- Registration number
- Name of candidate
- Name and address of exam center
- Date of exam
- Shift
- Reporting time
- Landmark
- Nearest railway station
- Location of exam center on google maps link
- Candidate photograph
- Candidate signature
Plus, there will also be a few sections which you will have to fill at the exam center.

RRB NTPC Hall Ticket 2020 and Other Things to bring to exam center
Candidates must carry these important items with them to the exam center, on the day of exam.
- RRB NTPC 2019 admit card
- A valid photo ID in original
- One colour photograph of size 35 mm x 45 mm which was uploaded in application
List of valid photo ID that are allowed:
- Aadhaar Card or printout of e-Aadhaar (not xerox copy of Aadhaar)
- College / University Photo ID card, if still studying
- Driving License
- Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. employee
- PAN card
- Passport
- Voter Card

You need to keep leave blank spaces in the RRB NTPC e-call letter 2019 for the following
- To write self-declaration paragraph, as the paragraph will be displayed on the screen during CBT
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
You need to fill the above-mentioned things in the presence of invigilator. Also, you should not write the self-declaration in all caps.
RRB NTPC e-Call Letter for Scribes
At the time of filling application form, candidates who required scribes, had to provide details of their scribe also. On the basis of it, Railway Recruitment Boards release e-call letter for scribes.
On the day of exam, scribes have to bring the following documents

1. RRB NTPC Application Status 2020
The application status indicates whether candidate’s application form has been accepted or not. It is important to note that application status is released once just after form submission, and once after scrutiny.

#1. Status after form submission: When you login to print application form, you can see this status, that says “Your online application is provisionally accepted subject to scrutiny”. This is only status after submission.
#2. Status after scrutiny: After Railway Recruitment Board checks the application form, it releases application status after scrutiny. If application form is accepted, the status says “Your application is provisionally accepted. Keep visiting official websites of RRBs for further updates”. If the form is rejected, then it shows “Your application has been rejected due to __”.

2. RRB NTPC City Intimation 2020 for CBT 1
Candidates can know their exam date, and which city they have to go for RRB NTPC 2019 CBT 1 through the city and date intimation. RRB NTPC city intimation 2019 can be checked from official websites of RRBs, as per schedule. To check, candidates will have to login with registration number and date of birth.
Note:
- City intimation is not admit card. Therefore you will not get entry to exam hall by showing this.
- When city intimation is released, SC/ST travel pass is also released.
- Candidates should check city intimation of RRB NTPC 2019 first, and not wait for admit card, so that if their exam is in another city, then they can make travel arrangements immediately.
