RTU CAM Admission Process 2019 will be conducted by Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) Kota. It is conducted for candidates seeking admission in the first year Postgraduate Programmes leading to Master’s degree in Government aided and private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur, and other Deemed & Private Universities). The online registration and fee payment for CAM 2019 starts from June 16, 2019. The candidate must check eligibility criteria before applying for the CAM 2019. The registration fee for general candidates is Rs 3000 (Rs 1500 for SC / ST category). After the completion of application process seat allotment will be started. It will be carried out in 5 rounds. The application process for CAM 2019 is completely online. After registration, the candidates will have to pay the application fee and enter the transaction Id to be able to fill the application form. The complete schedule of RTU CAM Admission Process 2019 is as follows.

How to Apply for RTU CAM Admission Process 2019
All the candidates whether having a valid GATE score or not but fulfilling the eligibility qualification can apply. The application form will only be considered complete on successful completion of all the steps as follows.
Step 1 Online Registration: To register you have to visit the link provided in this page. For registration, you will have to fill the required details as follows.
- Name of the candidate
- Mother’s Name
- Father’s name
- Date of birth
- Mobile no.
A challan no. will be generated which is used for the application form fee payment which a candidate has to keep safe
Step 2 Payment: The next thing is to make the payment through online mode. The payment is important to do because for filling the later stage application form candidate have to enter transaction Id. Without it, the details cannot be filled further in the application form. The payment can be done through billdesk gateway facility using any of the payment methods such as debit card, credit card, etc.
Step 3 Filling of application form: In order to activate the online application form for entering the required details, the candidate must enter his/her transaction ID in the appropriate column of the application form. The candidate will be allowed to fill the application form with their personal and academic details as per the requirements. The required details to be filled are Personal details, Address for correspondence, Educational qualifications details, GATE score details, etc.
Step 4 Uploading the documents and online choice filling: The candidates will now have to upload the scanned images in the prescribed format. The scanned images to be uploaded is as follows.
- Valid GATE score card
- Mark Sheet of B.E / B.Tech or mark sheet of last qualifying examination.
Now the choice filling will be done in the order of preference of the candidate. They can fill as many number of choices as they wish from the list of available programs. There is no maximum limit for filling the choices. It is advised that candidates should fill the maximum number of choices so that “No Allotment” condition due to choice exhausted would not arise.
The candidate will have to pay the fees through online mode through Billdesk gateway facility. The payment method to be used can be credit card, debit card, net banking, other online payment gateways. The application fee for different categories is as follows.

Eligibility Criteria for RTU CAM Admission Process 2019
The candidates having B.Tech / B.E degree are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing in qualifying degree examinations in the academic session 2019- 20 and possessing valid GATE score card need to submit the marks sheet of qualifying degree examination at the time of reporting to the allotted institute positively, failing which their candidature shall be canceled. Those with GATE score of the year 2017-2019 can apply for the scholarship offered in M.Tech / M.Arch subject to the condition that the candidate is GATE qualified. For complete eligibility criteria refer to the information brochure provided on the official website. Major points of eligibility criteria are as follows.
- A candidate must hold B.E./B.Tech. degree in appropriate discipline from RTU or any other recognized University/Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto by competent authority.
- Candidate must have minimum 55% (6.25 CGPA on 10 points scale and equivalent) marks in the qualifying degree examination (50% or 5.75 CGPA on 10 points scale of relaxation is admissible for SC/ST candidates). If a recognized university has an approved conversion formula of CGPA into percentage then it will be applicable on producing the certificate of conversion
- Candidates having M.Sc./MCA seeking admission to certain M.Tech. programmes should possess valid and qualified GATE score of the relevant branch. The equivalency of any degree for admission to any programme will be decided by University
- The eligibility criteria given in the following table are minimum and mere possessing the same does not qualify the eligibility for admissions. University may prescribe any other requirements over and above these conditions.
Application Form Correction
The changes in the application form can only be made until the final submission of the form is not done. Web page will not accept any changes after final submission of online application form i.e. after pressing the “Submit” button on the web portal. Therefore, the candidates are advised to click the “Submit” button only and only if he/she is sure that the data entered in the online application form is correct and no further changes are required. However, the changes in the choice filling can be made until the last date of submission of the application form. After the last date, the choices already filled will automatically be locked and submitted.
