SAAT 2020 Result
SOA has released SAAT 2020 result for B.tech. It is based on the marks scored by the candidates in the examination. Candidates can check their result in the form given below:
- Rank card: rank card is issued individually to all the candidates who have appeared for SAAT 2020. To download the same, candidates have to use their respective application number.
- Merit List: SAAT qualifiers can check their names in the merit list and appear in the counselling rounds accordingly.

SAAT 2020 Counselling
The counselling is based on SAAT or national level entrance exam scores. Separate merit list is prepared for admission via both of these channels and as per which the counselling and seat allotments are done. The general process is as follows:
- Online/Offline counselling is done based on the merit and preference of the candidate.
- The schedule of counselling is intimated after the ranks if the candidates is published online.
- During final admission, all certificates in original is verified. For record of the Institutes, 2 sets of attested copies of the certificates and mark sheets are collected from the students at the time of admission.

Eligibility Criteria for SAAT 2020
To be able to appear for SAAT 2020 and take admisison in various courses offered via it, candidates must fulfill the below given eleigibility criteria:
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech
- General: Candidate should qualify the 12th standard by scoring 45% aggregate in the 12th examination.
- SC/ST/OBC: Candidate should qualify the 12th standard by scoring 40% aggregate in the 12th examination.
- Compulsory Subjects: Physics and Maths
- Optional Subjects: Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Biology, Informatics, Statistics, Technical Vocational subject.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech (LE)
- General: Passed or appearing in three year diploma examination in engineering with at least 45% marks.
- SC/ST/OBC: Passed or appearing in three year diploma examination in engineering with at least 40% marks.

- General: Passed or appearing in B.Sc. Degree with at least 45% marks.
- SC/ST/OBC: Passed or appearing in B.Sc. Degree with at least 40% marks.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech
Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination. However, candidates must check branch wise eligibikity from the websire of SOA at the time of filling the application form.
Eligibility Criteria for MCA
- Pass or appearing in three year Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Minimum marks is 50% of marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC Category)
- Mathematics at 10+2 level or at +3 level is compulsory
Candidates having business mathematics at +2 or +3 level are not eligible
Eligibility Criteria for MCA LE
- Pass or appearing in BCA, B.Sc. in Information Technology (H) and B.Sc. in Computer Science (H)
- Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level is mandatory
- Atleast 50% of marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) is needed.
