The selection criteria for B.Sc economics are based on 3 factors – SET score, PI score, and WAT score. The weightage for all 3 sections are as follows:

The admission is this course is totally based on eligibility clearance from the Symbiosis International University (SIU).
Criteria:
- Once the eligibility is cleared by SIU, students are called for PI and WAT.
- Based on scores of PI and WAT students are placed in the merit list for admission
- Selected candidates have to pay admission fee to finalise their admission.
- Personal Interaction – This involves interaction with a panel of faculty members / experts who try to comprehend the knowledge and understanding of the candidate with respect to Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics.
- Writing Ability Test – This involves the students attempting essay type written test on a general topic. The aim is to test the candidate’s writing skills.
