SPMVV PGCET 2018 is the entrance exam for PG admissions to Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam. It is a state level entrance exam. Female candidates from all the regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can appear for this common entrance examination. Candidates who are Indian Nationals but belong to other states are eligible for admission under National Integration Quota (5%). Foreign nationals can also get admission in the college but they have to satisfy all the eligibility criterias laid down by the officials.

SPMVV PGCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through the information brochure to check if they complete course specific eligibility criteria. Those who do not fulfill them, will unfortunately, not get admission. Following points give a brief idea. However, refer to information brochure before applying.

  • Candidate must have completed their graduation in the field in which the candidate wish to pursue their post graduation with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category).
  • One must not be older than 30 years (34 years for reserved category).
  • Candidates must not be having any supplementary exams due.

Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam will issue the application form for SPMVV PGCET 2018. The application form will be available in the online mode. Candidates can apply for the entrance test by registering on the official website of the university or candidates can download the application form offline and fill the required details.Candidates will have to fill all the required details such as their qualification certificates to successfully apply for the entrance test. The university will automatically reject forms with missing information. Candidates will have to submit a processing fees. Last year the fee amount was Rs. 425. Usually fee payment is online and offline.

SPMVV PGCET 2018 Exam Scheme

The SPMVV PGCET 2018 entrance exam will be a pen paper based exam. Hence, the exam will be in the offline mode. The examination will be of 1 hour and 30 minutes duration. The exam will be an objective exam. Language of question paper will be English as well as Telugu. There will be no negative marking for any incorrect response by the candidate. Candidates will be get one mark for every correct response. The paper will have three parts A, B, C. Section A for 30 marks, Section B for 30 marks and Section C for 40 marks.
