Tripura Government College 2021 Spot Round
A Spot Round will be conducted w.e.f. October 04, 2021. The students who could not get any seat in any College will only be considered for the spot round admission provided that they have applied/registered earlier online. The admission will be strictly based on merit list to be published by the colleges. The students therefore need to check the college web portals of different colleges and apply physically in the colleges.

Tripura Government College 2021 Merit List
After the application process is over, Tripura Government College releases the merit list for admission. Students can check the merit list from the official website, highereducation.tripura.gov.in. In the Tripura Government College admission merit list, students will be allocated the subject/ course and college. Those who have their names on the merit list have to visit colleges to verify their educational qualification and other details. Thereafter, their admission is finalized.

Moreover, Tripura Government College publishes two merit lists followed by a waiting list and vacant seats list. Initially, the first merit list along with the waiting student’s list is published on the website. After the first round of online admission, the vacant seat list is published. Based on the waiting list students are then allocated the course and college. They have to appear for verification. Thereafter, the second round of online admission is completed.
There will also be the third round in case seats remain vacant. Students will get a few days to apply for the admission 3rd round. Candidates can also edit their submitted applications during this duration. Again, the list of students allocated is released for the online admission as per 2nd merit list.

3rd step: Thereafter, the online admission portal appears on the screen.
4th step: In order to complete the application process, fresh candidates need to register by clicking on the ‘new registration’ button.
5th step: To register, provide the name, 12th roll number, date of birth, whether you have aadhar card or not, mobile number, email address and password. Click on the activate account button.
6th step: An account activation email is sent to students at their registered email address. Use the given ID and password to log in.
7th step: Aspirants now have to enter all the details that are asked in the application form. Also, check the eligibility required for the course before applying for the course.
8th step: Upload the necessary documents as asked and submit the application fee.
9th step: Now, take the printout of the submitted application form and save it for reference.

- After registration, students need to select a minimum of four and a maximum of eight courses. Candidates are advised to apply for general programmes along with Honours.
