TS AYUSH Admissions 2020
Admission are granted to BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses in the state colleges. Eligible and NEET 2020 qualified candidates can apply for admissions after the declaration of NEET 2020 result as per the schedule on this page.

Eligibility Criteria for TS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The eligibility of the candidates will be checked during the document verification round. Ineligible candidates will be excluded from further admission process. Hence, it is advised to check and ensure the eligibility before applying. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria in order to be eligible for admission.
Age (as on December 31, 2020): The age of the candidates must be between 17 and 25 years. However, the upper age limit of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates can be relaxed by 5 years.
Residence: The candidate should be an Indian National / Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). They will also have to satisfy Local and Non-local status of Telangana, as defined by Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions Order, 1974.
Education Qualification for BAMS, BHMS, BNYS: The candidates should have passed 10+2/equivalent examination. Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) and English should be the subjects in the qualifying exam. Required minimum marks in the science subjects of 10+2 exam should be:
- 50% for OC Candidates.
- 45% for OC PWD Candidates.
- 40% for BC/SC/ST Candidates.
Education Qualification for BUMS: The candidate seeking admission to BUMS course must have passed either of the following 3 qualifying exams:
- Class 10+2/equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English
- Class 10 with Urdu/Arabic/Persian or clear the test of Urdu of class 10 in the entrance exam conducted by the University or Board or Registered Society or Association authorized by the Government to conduct such examination.
- the Pre-Tib exam of 1-year duration
For the first case, the candidates must have secured following minimum marks in the science subjects
- 50% for general category candidates.
- 45% for OC PWD candidates.
- 40% for OBC/SC/ST candidates.

The application forms are released online on tsbahnu.tsche.in. The candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and read the instructions carefully before filling the online application form. Steps to apply:
Step 1: Visit the website mentioned above.
Step 2: Click on “Online Registration”.
Step 3: Register by submitting the NEET Roll Number, NEET Rank, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number.
Step 4: Note down the Registration Number generated by the system.
Step 5: Then, login by submitting the NEET Roll Number and allocated Registration Number.\
Step 6: TS AYUSH Application Form 2020 will be displayed and the candidates will have to enter all the required details in it.
Step 7: Pay the application fee and make final submit.

Cut-off for TS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The candidates, along with fulfilling above mentioned eligibility criteria, must cross the minimum threshold for qualifying NEET 2020. The qualifying percentile or cut-off percentile for NEET is as in the table below.

Reservation Criteria for TS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The Reservation under TS AYUSH admissions 2020 will be done as mentioned below. Please note the reservation statistics are as per last year information brochure. Out of total seats in the state, 85% are reserved for local candidates, while the rest 15% can be filled by non-local candidates.
Reservation for SC/ST – 15% seats will be reserved for SC candidates and 6% for ST candidates.
- At the end of the counselling, the vacant ST seats will be shift under SC reservation and vice-versa.
- If even after the above the seats remain vacant then it will be offered to Open category candidates.
Reservation for BC – 29% seats will be reserved for Backward Classes. Out of these, the subdivision follows as 7% for BC-A, 10% for BC-B, 1% for BC-C, 7% for BC-D, and 4% or BC-E
- The unfilled seats will be treated as Open category seats.
Reservation for EWS: 10% of the seats in various specified govt. colleges are reserved for candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
Reservation for Females – 1/3rd seats are guaranteed for women candidates in each category.

Counselling for TS AYUSH Admissions 2020
The counselling process for TS AYUSH Admissions 2020 will consist of verification of original documents/certificates of candidates, exercising web-options, allotment of seats, joining at the institute and payment of university fee. Only the candidates whose names appear in the merit list can take part in the counselling procedure. The merit of the applicants is decided on the basis of their NEET UG 2020 scores, subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
Document Verification: The candidates have to take print-out of the online application form and paste a passport-size photo, same as that on NEET 2020 application, on it. It has to be carried along with original certificates and 2 sets of self attested copies of all the documents to the designated centers for verification.
Web-options: After successful verification of documents, the university releases final merit position of candidates eligible for filling web choices. A separate notification is issued regarding the same.
Allotment of Seats: On the basis of the candidates’s NEET 2020 scores and the preferences filled, Seats are allotted to the candidates.
Joining: The selected candidates have to report at the designated college within the specified date and time with original documents. At the institute, the candidate has to pay the tution fee for TS AYUSH admissions 2020.
