It is a state level entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. TS EAMCET 2019 Application Form

The application form for TS EAMCET 2019 has been released online. The aspirants need to fill and submit the TS EAMCET 2019 Application Form by online mode only. No offline application form is sent to the candidates by post/ courier. To apply for TS EAMCET 2019, the candidates need to first pay the Application Fee and then proceed to fill in details in the TS EACMET Application Form. Aspirants can apply for Engineering or Agriculture & Medical or both through a single application. In the online application, you will have to fill in your Personal Details, Educational Qualification details, upload images, etc.

Application Fee – The aspirants need to pay the following amount of the Application Fee for submitting TS EAMCET 2019 Application Form. The application fee is payable by TS Online Centers, Debit/ Credit Card/ Net banking.

TS EAMCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

In order to apply for TS EAMCET 2019, candidates need to go through the eligibility criteria set by the governing authority.

  • Candidates should be Indian or belong to the Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
  • Candidates must belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.

For Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering) and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, B.Tech (Food Technology (FT) Courses:

  • Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled during 2000-2002 and subsequent batches, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, provided that candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh shall also be eligible for the Bio-Technology course.
    OR
    Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / A.P
  • Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
  • In the case of Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
  • In the case of B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FT), Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

For B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture/ B.Sc. (Forestry) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. and for the remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FT) Courses:

Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh with any two / three of the subjects specified below:

With any two of the subjects:

  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Agriculture and Vocational Courses in Agriculture.
  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Agriculture and Vocational Courses in Agriculture.
  • B.Sc. (Forestry): Physics, Chemistry & Biology OR Mathematics, Biology, Physics & Chemistry.
  • B.V.Sc. & A.H: Physical Sciences & Biological or Natural Sciences.
  • B.F.Sc.: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, and Vocational Courses in Fishery Sciences.
  • B.Tech. (Food Technology): Mathematics and Physical Sciences OR Physical Sciences & Biological or Natural Sciences

For Pharmacy course: (Remaining 50% of the seats)

  • Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
  • Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates should have completed 16 years of Age until the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as may be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit.

For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates):

  • Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training.
  • Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course.

TS EAMCET 2019 Admit Card

TS EAMCET 2019 Admit Card will be made available online. In order to download TS EAMCET 2019 Admit Card, candidates are required to visit the website eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates are required to enter their Login Credentials in order to attain their admit cards. Candidates are advised to keep TS EAMCET 2019 Admit Card safely because it will act as an entry ticket at the time of admission and candidates will not be allowed to sit in the examination hall if they do not have the admit card in hand. The admit card for TS EAMCET 2019 will be comprising of certain information like candidate’s name, date and time of the examination, photograph and signature of the candidate, complete address of the test venue. Also, it is important that candidates should carry a Valid ID Proof with themselves along with TS EAMCET 2019 Admit Card at the time of the examination.

  • Mode of the Examination: TS EAMCET 2019 will be conducted in the Online mode. (CBT)
  • Nature of Questions: The questions will be objective type.

TS EAMCET 2019 Result

Candidates will be able to check their results for TS EAMCET 2019 via online mode only. In other words, they have to visit the official website of the concerned authorities and check their results by entering the registration number and hall ticket number with date of birth. Candidates will be issued the rank card prepared as per the merit list prepared by the governing authority. The rank card can be downloaded from the official website.

Criteria for TS EAMCET 2019 Ranking:

The candidates who have secured qualifying marks in TS EAMCET 2019 and candidates belonging to the category of SC, ST for whom the qualifying marks have not been prescribed or set will be assigned rank in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the normalised marks secured in TS EAMCET 2019 and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant groups namely Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination.

Tie-breaker criteria to prepare Merit List

The tie-breaker criteria will be followed if in case one or more student has obtained the same combined scores. Candidates can have a look at the following given breakers which will be followed at that time:

  • The total normalized marks secured in TS EAMCET 2019.
  • The normalized marks secured in Mathematics in TS EAMCET 2019.
  • The normalized marks secured in Physics in TS EAMCET 2019.
  • The percentage of aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination.
  • If the tie is still on the go, then the date of birth of the concerned authorities, the older being will be given preference over the younger.
