The common entrance test is conducted in online mode only. Test centres are assigned throughout the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The cost of travelling to the designated test centres has to be borne by the candidates and the authorities is not reimburse the same. TS PGLCET 2020 Exam Pattern
The candidates should go through the exam pattern before appearing for the test. This helps them get familiar with the type of questions in the exam and prepare themselves accordingly. We are providing exam pattern for TS PGLCET 2020 exam here:
Language: The entrance exam questions will be asked in English.
Mode: The exam takes place in online mode.
Duration: TS PGLCET lasts for a total of 90 minutes.
Type of questions: The exam will have multiple choice questions with 4 options, out of which only 1 will be correct.
Sections: The question paper is divided in 2 parts.
No. of questions: There are total 120 questions, with 40 and 80 questions respectively from part A and part B.
Negative marking: No marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

TS PGLCET 2020 Answer Key
After the conduction of entrance exam and before the final result releases, the convener releases preliminary answer key as per schedule in the table above. You can download the same from the exam website from the link on this page. TS PGLCET 2020 answer key will contain serial no. of the questions with the right answer. The candidates can use this key to match their responses with those in the key and calculate their exam score.
The candidates can submit objection to the preliminary answer key, if they find an error in the key released. However, you can only submit objections within the objection window. No objections will be entertained after this window closes. The authorities will verify the objections submitted and revise the key accordingly. Thus, a final answer key is released before the announcement of the results.
TS PGLCET 2020 Result
Alongside final answer key, the convener for the exam releases the candidates’ results. The results are released in the form of rank cards. You can download your rank card pdfs from the exam website. Take a printout of the same and keep it safe for counselling and admission process. Please note that TS PGLCET 2020 rank cards will not be sent by post to any candidate. Using this rank card, you can take admission into LL.M. courses in the state. This rank card is valid for one session only.

Qualifying marks in TS PGLCET-2020
The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e 30 marks out of 120 marks). There will be no qualifying marks for S.C & S.T candidates for ranking.
The candidates will be ranked purely on the basis of their marks in the online test. However, if a tie exists among 2 or more candidates, i.e., 2 or more candidates have the same scores, a tie-breaking criteria is used. As per the tie-breaker, preference is given in this order:
- Higher marks in Part-A
- Higher age
TS PGLCET 2020 Counselling
After downloading the rank cards, the candidates are required to take part in counselling to get a seat in LL.M. courses. The seat will be allotted on the basis of candidate’s ranking and number of vacant seats in that particular college. There will be 2 counselling phases for TS PGLCET 2020 exam. Firstly, the candidates who get a ranking have to get their documents verified at the helpline centres. After successful verification of documents, you have to exercise options for seats. Based on the choices filled, a provisional allotment letter will be released. The candidate has to download this letter and carry it to the allotted college.

TS PGLCET 2020 Eligibility
To appear for the entrance exam, the candidates must make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria specified for the exam. Failure to fulfill the eligibility criteria will result to your admission being cancelled, if you qualify the exam.
