The candidates can download their admit card for UP State Entrance Exam 2018 from its official website, upsee.nic.in or through the direct link as given below. AKTU which was known as UPTU before is the exam conducting body for UPSEE 2018. To download the UPSEE Admit Card, the candidates need to enter their Application Number and Password. The UPTU admit card will be released for Paper 1-11. The candidates can download their admit card until May 06, 2018 only. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University is conducting UPSEE 2018 for UG and PG admissions. It has issed the UPSEE 2018 admit card to those who have applied for the entrance exam. The only mode of obtaining hall ticket is online.

UPTU Admit Card / AKTU Admit Card
- AKTU 2018 Admit Card: Many students refer to this hall ticket as AKTU admit card. It is same as UPSEE admit card.
- UPTU 2018 Admit Card: AKTU was formerly known as UPTU. Therefore several applicants also refer to this hall ticket as UPTU Admit Card.
Is printout of admit card valid? – Yes, printout of officially issued admit card is valid for the purpose of exam. Make sure that all details including category, sub-category, gender, rural weightage, name, father’s name are correct in it.
How many students appear in UPSEE 2018? – In the Year 2017, about 1,38,000 number of candidates qualified the test. While in Year 2016, a total of 1,36,852 candidates took the test, out of which 1,19,815 managed to qualify it. However, in the Year 2015, 1.80+ lakh candidates took the test but only a few managed to qualify.
How To Download UPSEE 2018 Admit Card Released By UPTU / AKTU?
The candidates can download admit card by simply following the instructions given below:
- Click on the link which is given on this page for downloading the UPTU Admit Card is available.
- Next login by entering details like your Application Number and Password.
- Submit the details.
- On submitting the details, you will get your UPSEE admit card.
- Download it first and then take at least 2-3 print outs of the admit card.
How To Download Admit Card Of UPSEE 2018 If Forgot Application Number For Login?
Without entering the application number you can not proceed to download the admit card for UPSEE. If you have forgotten your UPSEE 2018 Application Number then you can get it by following the steps as given below:
Step 1: On the admit card login page, click on the link which says “Forgot Application Number”.
Step 2: Choose the Application Form for which you want to get the application form. The choice of application form is given in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Next, enter details such as your Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth.
Step 4: Click on Get Application Number button to submit the details.
Step 5: On submitting the details, you will get your application number.
What to do if unable to download UPSEE 2018 Admit Card?
If you are unable to download admit card, then you should contact the helpline as indicated on the website http://www.upsee.nic.in or send an email to the mail address [email protected] latest by April 20, 2018.
Later on, UPTU / AKTU will not accept any plea that candidate did not receive information for appearing at the examination as a reason for fee refund or any other concern.
Can a candidate be ineligible even if he/she gets UPSEE 2018 Admit Card? – Yes, exam conducting body may withdraw candidature if it was initially granted unknowingly to an ineligible candidate, even after issuing him/her UPSEE 2018 admit card.
What is corrected admit card? – If candidate conveys any correction required in UPSEE 2018 admit card, and AKTU (formerly UPTU) issues a new admit card, then that is a corrected admit card.

Forgot UPSEE 2018 Password?
The candidates can get their UPSEE 2018 Password by following the instructions given below:
Step 1: On the candidate login page, you need to click on the link “Forgot Password?”.
Step 2: Next, you will get three options by which you can get your Password. Choose the most appropriate option.
- Option 1: If you choose Option 1, you have to select the security question and the answer which was submitted by you at the time of registration.
- Option 2/ Option 3: If you choose either of the two options, you have to enter details such as application number and date of birth.
What Are The Documents To Take To The UPSEE 2018 Exam Center?
On the day of the entrance test, it is mandatory for the candidate to bring along the following documents to the test center:

- Those appearing for Pen-paper based test should bring their own black/blue pen

Instructions Given In UPTU 2018 Admit Card
In the UPSEE 2018 Admit Card, you must read all the instructions carefully. The general instructions printed on the admit card are as follows:
- The candidates will not be allowed inside the exam center 15 minuter after the test has started.
- You shall have to paste your passport size photograph on the admit card and get it duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Principal/ Head of the Institution you last attended.
- You have to bring two identical passport size colored photographs on the day of the examination.
- Must carry your admit card to the exam center
- For those who will be appearing for Pen-paper based test (offline) must carry a blue/black ink pen.
- Use of calculator, Mobile Phone, Log Tables or any other electronic devices is not allowed.
- You must check that the details printed on the admit card are correct. If there is any error then bring it to the notice of AKTU authorities.
AKTU will not declare results of these candidates
The AKTU authorities will not declare the result of these candidates:
- Those who have not submitted their application form before the last date.
- Those who did not appeared for the test.
- Those who were caught not following the rules in the examination hall.
Purpose of UPTU 2018 Admit Card After Exam
The admit card is not only an important document for the exam but it is also required after the admission. If you will qualify the entrance exam you will be called for counselling and document verification. At the time of verification, you have to produce relevant documents in which you also have to bring the UPSEE 2018 Admit Card. Those unable to show their UPSEE Admit Card will not be considered for admission. So, it is advised to the candidates to preserve the admit card until the admission process is not over.
UPSEE Exam Pattern 2018
The entrance test for UPSEEE 2018 is being held in both – Online and Offline mode. Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3 and Paper 4 will be OMR based test, whereas, Paper 5, Paper 6, Paper 7, Paper 8, Paper 9, Paper 10 and Paper 11 will be Computer based test. There will be MCQ question which the candidates need to solve in the given duration.

#1 Schedule of Preparation: First and foremost key for preparing for any examination is how you manage your time for preparation.
