VITEEE 2019 Admit Card – The VITEEE Admit Card generation is over. However, the candidates who have booked their slots before the last date can now re-print their admit card from vit.ac.in. The admit card of VITEEE 2019 is generated right after the slots are booked. The candidates who wish to reprint the VITEEE 2019 Admit Card have to log in using their application number and password. VITEEE 2019 Admit Card
The VITEEE 2019 Admit Card is the entry pass to the exam centres. It is available only after the candidates complete the slot booking process at the VIT Online Test Booking System (OTBS). The admit card contains the test date, time, venue and the lab code. Check the important dates below:

How To Re-Print VITEEE 2019 Admit Card
To reprint the admit card after the slot booking is done, the candidates have to follow the steps below:
- Click on the direct link on this page or visit the official website vit.ac.in.
- After that, the following link appears that says “E-admit card-reprint”. Click on it as shown below:
- After you click the link above, the login window will open. There the candidates have to enter their application number and password, as shown in the image below:
- After logging in the admit card appears on the screen the candidates have to check the details therein and print the admit card in an A4 sized sheet.
How to Download VITEEE 2019 Admit Card?
To download the VITEEE admit card it is mandatory for the candidates to complete the slot booking first. In short, the admit card download process is the part of the slot booking process. Without the slot booking process, one cannot get their admit card.
Here are the steps to generate the VITEEE 2019 Admit Card:
Start with visiting the correct link: The direct link to get the admit card is available above. Note that it is the OTBS login link. Under the OTBS, the first step is to complete the slot booking to generate the admit card.
Log in using the OTBS credentials: The credentials are your VITEEE 2019 application number that was generated at the time of application form fill up and the OTBS password that is sent to your registered mobile number before the start of the slot booking process. The login window looks like the one below:
Complete the slot booking process: After you log in the slot booking process starts. The candidates have to follow the instructions and book their exam venue, time and date out of the available choices. On selecting the choices, confirm them and submit the booking.
Generation of the e-Admit Card: After the slot booking is confirmed by the candidates, the option to view the e-admit card is enabled. It appears as a link in the next step after the submission, as shown in the image below:
Candidates get to know that their booking is successful via the SMS sent to them by VIT University.
Download the VITEEE 2019 Admit Card: As soon the candidates click on the link to view their admit card, the admit card appears on the screen. Check all the details mentioned in it, prior to downloading it.
To download the admit card the candidates have to follow these points:
- The candidates have to click on the “Generate PDF” button as shown in the image below.
- The admit card is generated in a PDF format. Download the same in the system.
- Take 2-3 prints of the same to carry on the exam day.

VITEEE 2019 Exam Shifts
The candidates can check for their exam shifts in the admit card. It is the same as the one that they have themselves selected in the slot booking process. The 3 shifts on which the exam is being held across 224 centres in India and Abroad are as follows:
- 1st Shift: 09.00 am to 11.30 am
- 2nd Shift: 12.30 pm to 03.00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 04.00 pm to 06.30 pm
VITEEE 2019 Admit Card Discrepancies And Corrections
In case there are mistakes in the admit card the candidate need not worry. the university has clearly stated that the discrepancies must be ignored and the same can be corrected at the time of admission and counselling.
However, if in the admit card of the candidates there is no image and signature, make sure to carry a passport size photo with a valid photo id proof in original at the exam centre along with the admit card.

There are cases when after the slot booking, the admit card is not available. This is normal. In such times, wait for 24 hours and check again later. The admit card generation sometimes takes time. Even after that if the hall ticket is unavailable, contact the above-given helpline numbers,
VITEEE 2019 Admit Card Important Instructions
While downloading and generating the admit card the candidates have to keep in mind some points. the admit card is the most crucial document. Therefore, it must be downloaded without fail and carefully.
- The e-Admit card is generated only after the candidate has booked his/her schedule through the Online Test Booking System.
- The e-Admit card is auto generated for only those candidates who book a slot using the Online Test Booking system before the last date.
- For those who have not booked, slots are booked and the admit card is generated based on the information given in the application form and availability of the slot.
- The e-Admit card contains the admit card number, photograph of the student, address of the test centre, test date and time selected by the candidate. Discrepancies, if any, must be brought to the notice of VIT University immediately.
- The e-Admit card is made available for candidates in vit.ac.in. Candidate should provide the application form number and Online Test Booking password to download the e-Admit card.
- The copy of the e-Admit card is also be emailed to the candidate.
- Keep admit card safe as it will be needed during admission after the result is announced.
VITEEE 2019 Exam Centers and Dates
VITEEE 2019 is scheduled to be held between April 10 to 21, 2019. Due to the General elections and JEE Main April examination arriving between these dates, VITEEE cannot be conducted on some dates between April 10 to April 21, 2019. VITEEE is a complete computer-based examination. The question paper has questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and English. A section is Biology is also there. The candidates who wish to take admission in the B.Tech. Bio-stream Degree programmes have to attempt the Biology section.
Here are some important features of the examination:
- All question are multiple choice with four options of the answer to be marked from.
- There is no negative marking.
- The number of questions for both PCME and PCBE is 125.
- 40 questions are asked from Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics and 5 questions from English.

Q. While confirming the slot, I was logged out. What should I do now?
A. VITEEE Slot Booking application is a real-time application. Candidates need to do the booking within 60 minutes. So, if you were logged out because the time ended then you need to book the slot again.
Q. I submitted the application form but not the fee. Can I do the slot booking?
A. No, the University clearly states that only those candidate can do the slot booking who have submitted the application form and fee.
Q. I have booked the slot but I have another paper on the same date. What is the process to change the booked slot?
