B.V.Sc. & A.H. Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria
To be able to take admisison in B.V.Sc. & A.H course candidates have to take care of the below given eligibility:
Age Criteria – It should not be less than 17 years and not more than 25 years of age as on 31st December year of admission. There shall be a relaxation of the upper age limit by a maximum of 5 (five) years for SC/ST/OBC-A & B candidates.
Nationality – The applicant must be a citizen of India and domicile of West Bengal state.
Entrance exam: The candidate must qualify and obtain a rank in the NEET-UG-2020 conducted by NTA.
Students of the Open schooling are not eligible for admission in this course.
Academic Qualification:
- The candidate must pass the Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examinations from any
recognized Board. - Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks.
- The candidate must obtain 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English taken together for unreserved category and 47.5% in case of reserved category candidates
Eligibility Criteria to apply for NEET 2020
To be able to apply for NEET 2002 you have to take care of the below given criteria.
- Candidate should not be less than 17 years of age.
However, in NEET 2020, candidates above 25 years of age can also apply provisionally. NTA has allowed such candidates to appear in NEET. But, the candidature of these candidates is subjected to the final decision of Supreme Court.
- Candidates must have passed class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology / bio-technology / English as core subjects. However, candidates in final year may also apply.
- The minimum aggregate marks in class 12, physics, chemistry, biology / bio-technology / English, should be more than 50%. The same for ST / SC / OBC candidates is 40%.

About NEET 2020
NEET is held at national level and around 15 lakh candidates apply for it. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is a single medical entrance exam for admission of candidates in medical/dental/ayurveda/siddha/unani/homeopathy courses all over India.
