The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board had recently released a notification informing the JENPAUH aspirants vide no. 258/HD/4E-199/2016 dated 17/05/17, that the board shall soon conduct the common entrance examination- JENPAUH-II) for admission to following Courses for the academic session 2017-2018 in Colleges/ Institutes in the State of West Bengal
- B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery)
- B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)
- B.U.M.S. (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery) and
- B.M.L.T (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technician)
The Board was constituted in the year 1962 and since then the board has been overseeing the task of conducting the joint entrance examination in the state of West Bengal imparting education in the field of Engineering, Medical and technological courses. This year’s admission process is to begin with the filing of application forms from 15 June 2017 onwards. The entire application form process has been made online. Aspirants can access this facility by visiting the official website at wbjeeb.in. the link has not been activates yet. You may fill the form latest by 06 July 2017. After this prescribed date, the link will be deactivated. Candidates are therefore advised to fill the form before the last date so as to avoid the last few days rush. WBJEE JENPARH II Application Form 2017
If you have checked the mentioned criteria and you satisfy all the conditions orderly, then you are eligible to apply for the JENPAUH–II. We have already mentioned the dates on which you are able to access the link here on Aglasem as well. Right now let us check what is the process as per the brochure.
Candidates aspiring to fill the form must reach the official website at wbjeeb.in and look for the activated link for filling the form. But before that there will be a mandatory registration process for everyone. The registration process, the system prompts you to furnish the details such as
- Name of the candidate- the name must be same as per recorded in HSC certificate
- Father’s name- the spelling should be correct
- Mother’s name- the name spelling should be correct
- Date of birth- confirm the date as per recorded in certificates
- Mobile number- this number should be kept live till the admission process ends
- Email id- the email id should be valid and must be kept active until the admission is completed
Now the candidate will be registered and after this process, they will receive a unique kind of application number and a password (chosen by yourself). This will act as your credential info for logging into your candidate account set up with the board now. The details cannot be modified at any stage later on. Take extreme care in filling the entries.
Very important note- the board does not facilitate the opportunity of retrieving the password if it is forgotten or lost. KEEP YOUR CREDENTIAL INFORMATION ABSOLUTELY SAFE.
JENPARH II 2017 Form Filling
Post registration process, the candidate may log in again to complete the rest of the application form. Here you will fill Applications for WBJEEB JENPAUH-II by providing the rest of the details such as educational details, communication details, address details, family background, gender, and uploading of scanned Photograph, thumb impression and signature according to the right specifications. Here are the specifications laid down in the brochure:-

Important notes for uploading photograph and signature
- The photograph must be taken against a light colour background preferably white
- It should be a recent picture and iif you can please make sure that the photograph is not more than 3 months old
- Photograph taken by mobile camera or self composed portrait is not allowed
- Face of the candidate must cover at least 50% of the space in the photograph
- Unnecessary accessory- dark glasses, spectacles, tinted glasses are not acceptable
The applicants will pay the amount of Rs. 500/- plus service charges by way of online medium only. The fee payment link is integrated. After filling the form, you will automatically be asked to pay the sum of money. The brochure hs mentioned clearly that there is no other way of paying the fees other than the prescribed ones. Let us see the methods then:-
(i) Online mode- fees can be paid using Internet Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card
(ii) Offline mode- you can select the E-challan method as well to pay the fees. The e-challan of at Allahabad Bank will be generated once you select the option. Take the cash at the bank and pay the sum to the bank employee. He will furnish the required details and give a copy of the receipt. Take note of the transaction id and journal number. After 24 hours, you should login again and fill the details. Payment status will be updated online by the candidates and will show the icon ok as you complete the payment.
Fee is non-refundable.
The fee payment is the final step. If you complete all the steps satisfactorily, then a confirmation page will appear. You must take a print of it and save it for producing it at the time of admission. Non-geartion of confirmation page indicates failure of application form.
Correction in Application Form
Entries once made are impossible to be corrected normally in online mode. If you have noticed any error in the confirmation page, then the candidate shall reach the Board office with all the original documents by 06 July 2017.
