Is AP LPCET 2027 being held?
Not as far as anyone can tell yet. The Department of School Education has not announced LPCET 2027, and we found no notification for LPCET 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026. The latest LPCET question papers on record are from LPCET 2021.
The test’s own portal, aplpcet.apcfss.in, returned a server error when checked on 8 and 9 October 2026, and the Commissionerate of School Education website lists no LPCET notice. If the test returns, the notice will come from the department, so do not rely on pages that simply relabel old dates with a new year.

What is the Language Pandit Training course?
Language Pandit Training (LPT) is a one-year course that trains language teachers. LPCET filled LPT seats in Government IASEs and CTEs and in private Language Pandit Training colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
- Telugu Pandit Training (TPT): LPCET had a separate Telugu paper.
- Hindi Pandit Training (HPT): LPCET had a separate Hindi paper.
- Seats were filled by LPCET rank, followed by web-based selection of colleges in counselling phases.
What was the AP LPCET exam pattern?
The last LPCET paper on record had 100 objective questions with four options each. The LPCET 2021 Telugu paper was arranged in four parts:
