Rajasthan BSTC 2027, officially the Pre D.El.Ed. Examination 2027, is the state entrance test for the 2-year D.El.Ed. (General and Sanskrit) course in Rajasthan’s teacher education institutes. A nodal university named by the state runs it each year; VMOU Kota ran it in 2026. The 2027 form is expected from December 2026 and the exam around May 2027.

The Pre D.El.Ed. 2027 schedule has not been announced. In 2026 the form opened on 2 December 2025 and the exam was held on 20 May 2026, so the 2027 dates below are expected on that pattern.

How to Apply for Rajasthan BSTC 2027
You apply for Pre D.El.Ed. 2027 only online, on the website the nodal university opens for 2027. The address changes every year (it was predeledraj2026.com in 2026), and hand-filled or posted forms are not accepted. You can apply yourself or through an e-Mitra kiosk.
Apply Online for Rajasthan BSTC 2027
Applications for Rajasthan BSTC 2027 are expected in December 2026.
- Read the general guidelines on the official website and keep your Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, category and domicile certificates and bank passbook ready.
- Scan a recent colour passport photo (taken within 3 months), your thumb impression and your signature as separate JPG files of up to 100 KB each.
- Open the form, choose D.El.Ed. (General), D.El.Ed. (Sanskrit) or both, and fill in your details exactly as in your Class 10 certificate.
- Pick your exam district from the list. It cannot be changed after you submit.
- Pay the fee online by debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI, or at an e-Mitra kiosk.
- Check every entry, submit, and print the form. Keep the printout safe, as you must submit it at counselling.

The fee is not refundable. If you submit more than one form, only the last one counts. In 2026 the original last date of 31 December 2025 was extended several times, and the final window ran from 18 March to 2 April 2026.
How to log in to the Rajasthan BSTC 2027 candidate portal?
The Pre D.El.Ed. portal login is used to reprint your form, download the admit card, see your result and counselling ID, pay counselling and admission fees, and apply for a refund. Each page asks for its own details.
- Open the official Pre D.El.Ed. website. This is the 2026 portal; the 2027 login will open on the new website named with the 2027 registration.
- Choose the link you need: Reprint Form, Admit Card, Result, Reprint Invoice or Apply for Refund.
- For the form reprint and the admit card, enter your application (form) number and date of birth.
- For the result, enter your roll number and date of birth. For counselling, use your counselling ID, roll number, mother’s name and date of birth.
- Submit to open your form, admit card, scorecard or allotment letter, and download a copy.

Who can apply for Rajasthan BSTC 2027?
You can apply if you have passed Class 12 (Senior Secondary) or an equivalent exam with the minimum marks below. Students appearing in Class 12 in 2027 can also apply, but must show the required marks by counselling.

- Age: not more than 28 years on the exam date. There is no upper age limit for widows and divorced or abandoned women; other relaxations follow Rajasthan rules.
- Marks are not rounded: 49.99% does not meet a 50% requirement.
- Candidates from outside Rajasthan can be admitted to up to 5% of seats, on merit and in the general category only.
- In Sanskrit institutes, 75% of seats go to Varishtha Upadhyay pass candidates and 25% to Class 12 candidates who took Sanskrit as an elective subject.

What is the Rajasthan BSTC 2027 exam pattern?
Pre D.El.Ed. is a 3-hour offline OMR test of 200 multiple choice questions for 600 marks. Each question carries 3 marks and there is no negative marking.

How are D.El.Ed. seats allotted after Rajasthan BSTC 2027?
Seats are allotted online on merit, in several rounds, through the same portal. In 2026 the marks of each part were normalised across the two shifts, and merit was set by the percentage after normalisation.
- Register for counselling with a Rs 3,000 fee (2026), which is later adjusted in the course fee.
- Fill your choice of institutes or districts. There is no limit on choices, and they lock automatically on the last date.
- If you get a seat, pay the admission fee (Rs 13,555 in 2026), upload your documents and report to the institute in person.
- After reporting, you can apply once for upward movement to a better choice.
Candidates who get no seat receive a refund of Rs 2,900 of the registration fee; those who get a seat but do not report receive Rs 2,500 (2026 rules).
