Is there an entrance exam for Haryana D.El.Ed 2027?
No. SCERT Haryana admits candidates to the D.El.Ed. course on merit in their 10+2 marks, with no written test. Seats are allotted in online rounds by your merit, category, stream and the institutes you choose.
Everything runs on dedharyana.org: registration, fee payment, choice filling, the college-wise admitted lists and the provisional admit letter. SCERT Haryana’s instructions say admission made directly at an institute is not valid, except at minority institutes.

How to Apply for Haryana D.El.Ed Admission 2027
You apply online only, on dedharyana.org or through the link on the SCERT Haryana website scertharyana.gov.in. One registration covers all allocation rounds.

Applications for Haryana D.El.Ed 2027 are expected in May 2027.
- Open dedharyana.org when registration for session 2027-29 opens and answer the eligibility check questions.
- Register and pay the registration and online counselling fee.
- Fill the online form: personal details, category, stream (Arts, Science, Commerce or Vocational) and 10+2 marks. Upload your photograph and signature.
- Choose at least five institutes in order of preference. Apply separately if you also want a village seat.
- Check every detail and click Approve Form. After approval you cannot change personal details, category or stream; only your choices can be edited.
- Keep a copy of the online application form. You will need it at the time of admission.

The fee is not refunded in any case. In 2026-28, online registration and form filling ran from 4 to 20 May 2026, with one more day (21 May) to complete the remaining form.
Who can apply for Haryana D.El.Ed Admission 2027?
You can apply if you have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or an equivalent board with at least 50% marks, in five subjects with English as one of them. Residents of Haryana and of other states can both apply.
- Relaxation: 47.5% at 10+2 for Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and differently abled candidates.
- Class 10 (Matric) must include Hindi or Sanskrit.
- The portal’s eligibility check also accepts a technical diploma approved by the Technical Education Department, Haryana, or 12th with NVEQF, from a board on the BSEH equivalence list.
- You must meet every condition on the last date of counselling. Eligibility is verified at the time of admission, and a higher qualification gives no extra benefit.
For D.El.Ed. (Urdu) you also need Urdu as a subject in Class 10. The course is taught and examined in Hindi or English, except for Urdu, Punjabi and Sanskrit.
How is the Haryana D.El.Ed 2027 merit list prepared?
Merit is prepared stream-wise and category-wise from the marks in five subjects, including English and your stream subjects, in the 10+2 exam. For the vocational stream, the aggregate of five subjects in 10+2 vocational or diploma is used.

Reserved-category candidates who make the open merit are counted there first. Five village seats exist at GETTI Dharla (Morni), GETTI Ferozepur Namak (Nuh, D.El.Ed. Urdu only) and Tau Devi Lal Memorial College of Education, Manana, for residents of those villages.
How do Haryana D.El.Ed 2027 counselling rounds work?
Seats are filled in several online allocation rounds; the 2026-28 session had five. Each round follows the same pattern.
- Before a later round, you may change your options in the option-change window.
- SCERT Haryana publishes college-wise lists of admitted candidates on dedharyana.org.
- You download your provisional admit letter from your candidate login.
- You report to the allotted college with your documents and finalise admission; the college updates it online from its login.
The general instructions say an allotted institution is final and you are not considered again in later counselling. After taking admission, you may apply to the Director, SCERT Haryana for migration up to 40 days after the last counselling closes.
How to Check the Haryana D.El.Ed 2027 Admitted List and Admit Letter
The result of each round is a college-wise list of admitted candidates and a provisional admit letter in your login, not a scorecard.
- Open dedharyana.org on the list date given in the schedule.
- Open the college-wise list of admitted candidates for that round and look for your name.
- Log in with your Login ID and password. Use Forgot Password on the home page if you need to reset it.
- Download and print the provisional admit letter.
- Report to the allotted college within the reporting dates to finalise admission.
In 2026-28 the lists came out at about 3 PM on 22 May, 1 June, 10 June, 20 June and 24 June 2026.
Which documents do you need for Haryana D.El.Ed 2027 admission?
- Copy of the online application form and the allotment or provisional admit letter
- 10+2 certificate from BSEH, Bhiwani or an equivalent board
- Class 10 certificate as proof of age and of passing Hindi or Sanskrit
- Good conduct certificate from the institution last attended or a Gazetted Officer of Haryana
- Haryana residence certificate and category certificate (SC, BCA or BCB with non-creamy layer, EWS valid for the admission year), if claimed
- Disability certificate from the district Civil Surgeon (40% or more), ex-servicemen or freedom fighter certificate, if claimed
- Latest passport-size photograph, with all originals and attested copies
False or hidden information leads to cancellation of the candidature, and legal action can follow.
How many colleges are there and what is the course fee?
The college list on dedharyana.org for the 2026-28 session names 342 self-financed D.El.Ed. colleges, alongside the Government GETTIs. You must choose at least five institutes when you apply.
Fee notification on the portal (dated October 2024): self-financed institutions charge Rs 25,800 a year, excluding the examination fee. The second-year fee is paid at the institution after the first-year exam. Check the 2027-29 notice for any change.
