How to Apply for Manipur DIET D.El.Ed 2026
Applications for the 2026-28 session closed on 26 September 2026 at 4:30 PM. You apply to one DIET or to HTTI, either online on the DIET Manipur portal or offline at the office of that institute. The next window, for 2027-29, is expected around September 2027.
Apply Online for Manipur DIET D.El.Ed 2026
The Manipur DIET D.El.Ed 2026 application window (10 to 26 September 2026) has closed.
- Read the SCERT admission notice and the prospectus of the DIET or HTTI you want to join.
- Register on register.htti.dietmanipur.in and choose one DIET or HTTI. For an offline form, collect it from that institute.
- Fill in your details and choose your entrance test centre.
- Upload your photo, signature and Aadhaar as JPG (20 KB to 500 KB), and your Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates as PDF (100 KB to 2 MB).
- Upload your SC, ST, OBC, PwD or Sports certificate if you claim a reservation.
- Pay the fee by credit card, debit card or net banking, or in cash at the DIET or HTTI counter for an offline form.
- Submit the form before the last date and keep your form number. You will need it to log in and download the admit card.

If you do not want to write the test at the DIET you applied to, you can switch centre. Candidates of DIET Chandel, Churachandpur, Senapati, Tamei or Ukhrul could choose the DIET Imphal West centre, and candidates of DIET Imphal East, Imphal West, Kakching or Moirang could choose the DIET Churachandpur centre.
Who can apply for Manipur DIET D.El.Ed 2026?
You can apply if you have passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent exam from a recognised board with at least 50% marks, or 45% if you are SC, ST, OBC or PwD. The D.El.Ed (Hindi) course at HTTI has an extra Hindi requirement.
