CG Pre D.El.Ed 2027 is the entrance test for the two-year D.El.Ed course at DIETs and other teacher-training institutes in Chhattisgarh. Only the exam date is fixed so far; the other 2027 dates are expected months based on 2026. In 2026 the online form ran from 18 March to 13 April 2026, so the 2027 form is expected in March to April 2027.

How to Apply for CG Pre D.El.Ed 2027
You apply online on vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in once the 2027 notification is out. The board still runs its forms, admit cards and results on this CG Vyapam website after the name change.

Applications for CG Pre D.El.Ed 2027 are expected in March 2027.
- Open vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in and find the Pre D.El.Ed 2027 online application link.
- Create your one-time candidate profile on the CG Vyapam profile portal if you do not already have one.
- Log in and fill the Pre D.El.Ed form with your personal, category, domicile and Class 12 details.
- Upload your photo and signature in the size the notice asks for.
- Pay the fee online and submit the form.
- Print the confirmation page. If you spot a mistake, fix it in the correction window that follows.

These are the 2026 fees, so check the 2027 notice for any change. Under Chhattisgarh government rules, the fee is refunded to local residents of Chhattisgarh who appear in the exam.
Who can apply for CG Pre D.El.Ed 2027?
You need Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised board to take the test and join the D.El.Ed course. These are the rules in the latest SCERT Chhattisgarh admission guideline (2026-27):
- Class 12 passed from a recognised board with at least 50% marks.
- 5% relaxation in the qualifying marks for reserved-category candidates of Chhattisgarh, so 45% is enough for them.
- Age at least 17 years and not more than 33 years on 1 July of the admission year, with relaxation for SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer) and other categories as per state rules.
- A Chhattisgarh permanent resident (domicile) certificate is needed at admission under the Chhattisgarh D.Ed admission rules 2007.
What is the CG Pre D.El.Ed 2027 exam pattern?
The test is one offline OMR paper of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks, with no negative marking. Questions are set at Class 12 level, and in 2026 the paper ran from 10:00 am to 12:15 pm.

How are D.El.Ed seats filled after the result?
SCERT Chhattisgarh fills D.El.Ed seats through online allotment on cgscert.admissions.nic.in, using Pre D.El.Ed scores. It covers government DIETs and BTIs, aided BTIs and private colleges recognised by NCTE.
You register with your Pre D.El.Ed roll number, fill college choices and report to the allotted college with your documents. Seats go by combined merit rank, vacancy and your choices. In 2026 the allotment runs in two phases, from 5 August to 27 October 2026.
