What is the HP D.El.Ed CET exam pattern and marking?
The exam is one offline OMR paper of 100 questions in 120 minutes. Each correct answer gets 1 mark and there is no negative marking. The booklet is bilingual (English and Hindi) except for the language sections.

How to Prepare for HP D.El.Ed CET 2027
- Use NCERT Hindi and English textbooks up to Class 12 for grammar and usage.
- For Numerical Ability, practise NCERT Class 9 and 10 maths and a standard arithmetic book.
- Read a Himachal Pradesh GK book and follow state news, since this section is mostly about Himachal.
- Practise marking answers on an OMR sheet with a ball point pen, because you cannot change a marked answer.
