How to Get the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan Admit Card 2027
Watch the admission notices on hindisansthan.in, because KHS posts everything about the test there as PDF notices. It has not published a separate online admit card login.
- Open the official website hindisansthan.in and go to the latest admission notices.
- Open the list of eligible candidates for your course (Nishnat, Parangat or Pravin) and find your name.
- If your name is on the list of ineligible candidates, read the reason and contact the institute before the test.
- Open the exam centre list to see which centres will run the test.
- Follow the instructions in the KHS notice to get your roll number and admit card, and keep a printout.
- If nothing reaches you before the test, write to the Registrar’s office at [email protected] (listed in the prospectus).
Which exam centres does KHS use?
The 2026 test was held at Guwahati, Hyderabad, Dimapur and Bhubaneswar, as per the centre list of 6 May 2026.
The 2026-28 prospectus names Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Dimapur, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad and Kolkata as possible centres. You choose any three in your order of preference, and KHS may drop or change centres based on the number of applicants.
What rules apply on the KHS entrance test day?
The prospectus sets these rules for the written test.
- Mark answers only with a black ballpoint pen.
- Do not use whitener; such answers are not evaluated.
- Mobile phones, calculators, laptops and other electronic devices are banned in the hall.
- KHS pays no travel allowance for attending the test.
- Carry the admit card and any ID or documents the 2027 notice asks for.
