MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027 is the State CET Cell, Maharashtra entrance test for the two-year B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) course in Maharashtra. It has two parts: a 50-mark online CET and a 50-mark Field Test. The 2027 dates are not out yet. Going by 2026, registration should open in January 2027 and the tests should follow in April 2027.

State CET Cell has not released the MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027 schedule, so the months below are expected from the 2026 pattern, when the online CET was held on 4 April 2026 and the Field Test from 5 to 7 April 2026.

How to Apply for MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027
You apply for MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027 online only, through the registration link State CET Cell posts on cetcell.mahacet.org. The form has not opened yet. In 2026 registration ran from 16 January to 3 March 2026 after three extensions, and a short edit window for already registered candidates followed from 9 to 11 March 2026.
Apply Online for MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027
Applications for MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027 are expected in January 2027.
- Open cetcell.mahacet.org and click the MAH-B.P.Ed CET 2027 registration link when it goes live.
- Register with your name, contact details, email ID and mobile number. Keep both active until admissions end. The system shows a provisional registration number and password and also sends them by email and SMS.
- Keep your Aadhaar details updated and your APAAR ID ready. In 2026 the APAAR ID was mandatory for CET registration and could be created through DigiLocker.
- Fill in your personal, degree, category and sports details, and choose an exam centre. All centres are in Maharashtra.
- Upload your photo (20 to 50 KB) and signature (10 to 20 KB) in the specified format.
- Pay the fee online and print the form with the fee details. You need the form, the fee receipt and the hall ticket again at admission.
The fee below is from the 2026 brochure. It is non-refundable, and the 2027 brochure will confirm the new fee.

Who can apply for MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027?
You can apply if you are an Indian national and meet any one of the routes below. The rules are from the 2026 brochure, and there is no upper age limit. Marks in brackets apply only to backward class candidates of Maharashtra.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% (45%), plus participation in inter-college, inter-zonal, district or school sports recognised by AIU, IOA, SGFI or the Government of India.
- Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) with 45% (40%).
- Bachelor’s degree with 45% (40%) and Physical Education studied as a compulsory or elective subject.
- Bachelor’s degree with 45% (40%), plus participation in national, inter-university or state competitions, or a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place at inter-college, inter-zonal, district or school level.
- Bachelor’s degree with participation in international competitions.
- Bachelor’s degree with 45% (40%) and at least three years of teaching experience, for deputed in-service physical education teachers and coaches.
Final-year students can take the CET but must show the degree mark sheet when they fill in the CAP form. Percentages are not rounded up, so 49.50% does not count as 50%. Candidates from universities outside Maharashtra are treated as Open category.
What is the MAH B.P.Ed CET 2027 exam pattern?
MAH B.P.Ed CET has two parts, and you must appear for both to become eligible for CAP. The online CET is a 60-minute computer-based test, and the Field Test is an offline Physical Efficiency Test held after it. The pattern below is from the 2026 brochure.

Where is MAH B.P.Ed CET held and which colleges admit through it?
The CET and the Field Test are held only in Maharashtra. In 2026 the centres were Amravati, Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Solapur and Jalgaon, and State CET Cell may allot a centre other than the one you choose.
The test covers admission to government-aided colleges (including aided minority institutions), university departments, university-managed institutes and unaided colleges offering B.P.Ed. In the 2026 CAP, the participating colleges were affiliated to nine universities, including the University of Mumbai, Savitribai Phule Pune University, RTM Nagpur University and Gondwana University.
