Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission 2027 is the centralised online admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education in DIETs and teacher training colleges of Maharashtra for 2027-28. SCERT Maharashtra, Pune runs it on deledadmission.in. There is no entrance test: seats go by Class 12 merit. Applications are expected in May 2027.

When is Maharashtra D.El.Ed admission 2027?
The 2027-28 schedule is not out yet. In 2026 applications ran from 11 May to 1 June 2026 and the final merit list came on 10 June 2026, so 2027 is expected to follow the same May to July pattern.

How to Apply for Maharashtra D.El.Ed 2027
You apply online on deledadmission.in, and your form is checked online by a DIET verification officer before it enters the merit list. Keep your original certificates ready to upload, because no new certificate is accepted after you submit.
Apply Online for Maharashtra D.El.Ed 2027
Applications for Maharashtra D.El.Ed 2027 are expected in May 2027.
- Open deledadmission.in and read the admission rules (Niyamavali) for the year.
- Register with your own email ID and mobile number. One email ID can be used for only one application. Save the User ID you get.
- Log in and fill the form: personal details, Class 10 and 12 marks, category, stream and the medium you want.
- Upload your Class 12 marksheet, Class 10 marksheet and certificates for any reservation you claim.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Fill your college preferences. Choose colleges in your own education division for the 70% divisional seats, or other divisions for the 30% state-level seats.
- Check your login for the verification status. Only approved forms are included in the merit list.

If you want more than one medium, you must choose each medium as a separate option in the form, and the fee is charged for each.
Who can apply for Maharashtra D.El.Ed 2027?
You can apply if you have passed Class 12 (HSC) with at least 49.5% marks in the Open category or 44.5% in other categories. These are the 2026-27 rules.
- Maharashtra Board HSC pass students are eligible with the marks above.
- CBSE, ICSE, NIOS and other state board students can apply only if they are Maharashtra domiciles with a Tehsildar’s certificate. One passed subject must be English. Their marks are converted to the HSC total of 650.
- Bhasharatna of Mumbai Hindi Vidyapeeth and the first year degree exam of YCMOU are also accepted.
- Only marks from your first pass in Class 12 count. Marks from a later isolated subject exam are not used, but class improvement marks are.
- MCVC students who passed with Horticulture and Crop Science, or Creche and Preschool Management, are eligible.
- For a Marathi, Hindi or English medium college, you need Class 10 or 12 in that medium, or a 100-mark paper in that language. Urdu and Gujarati medium need Class 10 or 12 in that medium.
- Extra 3 marks each are given for national or state level sports, the Intermediate drawing exam and recognised music exams.
Is there an entrance exam, and how are seats filled?
No. Maharashtra D.El.Ed seats are filled by merit on Class 12 marks through an online centralised process, so there is no test, admit card or answer key. The seats in each college are split into a government quota, filled by SCERT, and a management quota, filled by the college.
