How to check TS EdCET 2018 Result?

The result of TS EdCET 2018 will be announced and then the TS EdCET Rank will be announced. The candidates can check and download it by following the steps below.

  • First, go to the official website or simply click on the link provided on this page.
  • The second step is to login by entering Registration Number, Roll Number and Date of Birth.
  • Now a new page will open on the screen and in it, with the marks, other details of the candidate will be given.

Candidates are advised to check and download the result of TS EdCET 2018 as it will be needed in future.

TS EdCET 2018 Cut Off / Qualifying Marks

In order to qualify the examination, the candidates will have to score upto or more than the cutoff marks. The qualifying marks in the entrance test for all the candidates is 38 out of total, i.e. 25%. However, candidates belonging to SC / ST communities, there is no qualifying marks. They all will be allocated a rank.

TS EdCET Results 2018 and Ranking

Ranking: Candidates will be ranked in each methodology in the order of merit on the basis of marks obtained in TS Ed.CET-2018 through online examination. Where there is a tie in total marks, Part-C marks will be taken into account to decide relative ranking. In case of further tie, the marks obtained in Part-A will be taken into account to decide relative ranking. In case of candidates getting equal marks in each of the parts of the test paper, they shall be bracketed for the purpose of a ward of rank. At the time of admission into the course, age shall be taken into consideration for relative ranking among the bracketed candidates and the older candidates shall be given priority. The rank obtained in TS Ed.CET-2018 is valid for entry into B.Ed course for the academic year 2018-19 only.
