Does VNSGU still hold its own M.Sc Nursing entrance exam?
No. From the 2026-27 session, M.Sc Nursing admission at VNSGU and its affiliated nursing colleges is through the state-wide GCAS M.Sc Nursing CET. GCAS sets one common paper for all participating universities, and each university runs a centre for the candidates who chose it.
In 2026 the CET was held at centres of eight universities: Gujarat University, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Sardar Patel University, Saurashtra University, HNGU Patan, Kachchh University, Shri Govind Guru University and VNSGU. VNSGU candidates wrote it at J.P. Dawar Institute of Information and Technology, VNSGU, Surat.
How to apply for VNSGU M.Sc Nursing 2027?
You apply on the GCAS portal, not on the VNSGU website. The same GCAS login is used for the CET hall ticket and for the admission rounds after the test. The CET-2027 registration window has not been announced yet.
