How to Download the AP PGLCET 2027 Answer Key
The preliminary key is free to download from the official website. In 2026 it came out on 7 May, three days after the 4 May exam.
- Open the official papers and keys page or click Master Question Papers with Preliminary Keys on the home page.
- Choose the PGLCET tab and open the LL.M. paper PDF.
- The correct option for each question is marked in the master question paper.
- To see your own answers, open Response Sheets on the home page and enter your registration number and entrance test hall ticket number.
- Compare your responses with the key to estimate your score.

How do I raise an objection to the AP PGLCET answer key?
You can object to the preliminary key online only during the objection window. In 2026 the window ran from 7 to 9 May.
- The fee is Rs 300 for each question you object to.
- The fee is refunded only if the committee finds your objection valid.
- The committee decision is final, and there is no further correspondence.
- If you do not object within the window, you are taken to accept the key.
- The home page has links to see the objections you raised and the payment status of your objection fee.
How do I calculate my AP PGLCET score?
Count one mark for each answer that matches the key. Wrong and unanswered questions get zero, since the 2026 paper had no negative marking. The maximum is 120: 40 in Part A and 80 in Part B. You need 30 marks (25%) to get a rank, unless you are SC or ST, for whom there is no minimum.
Note your Part A marks separately. If two candidates have the same total, the one with more Part A marks ranks higher.
