AIET 2026
What is the AIET Entrance Exam?
AIET stands for All India Entrance Test. It is a university-level entrance test conducted annually by National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) for admission to its postgraduate and doctoral programmes – specifically the PGIP MA/LLM in Insolvency, the Joint Masters/LLM in IP Law and Management, and the Ph.D. Programme. The test is distinct from AILET (which is conducted for BA LLB and LLM in law admissions). The PGIP Certification is issued and authorised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), while the Joint Masters/LLM in IP Law is offered jointly with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM). This is the gateway for Indian nationals seeking admission to these specialised programmes at NLU Delhi.
