BHU UET previous year question papers for 2015 to 2020 are free to download here as an archive, 130 programme-wise papers of Banaras Hindu University’s undergraduate entrance test, from B.A., B.Com and B.Sc. to LL.B., B.Ed., BFA and BPA, with the correct options marked in the 2020 papers. BHU no longer holds UET: it now admits UG students on CUET UG scores, expected in May 2027, so these papers are best used for subject practice.

How to Use BHU UET Previous Year Papers?
- Treat them as subject practice. CUET UG has its own NTA pattern, so do not copy UET timings. Use the UET questions to revise the Class 12 topics your BHU programme tests, then practise the CUET UG question papers.
- Know the old marking when you score yourself. With +3 and −1, a blind guess among four options was worth nothing on average; ruling out one option made it worth about +0.33. Score your attempt the same way.
- Start with the 2020 papers, because they show the correct option for every question. Check 2015 to 2019 answers from your textbooks.
- Pick programme-specific papers. B.Ed., BFA, BPA and B.Voc. papers test aptitude areas that general papers do not. The 2017 set also has three B.V.Sc. & A.H. papers, though that course now uses NEET UG.
- Plan for May 2027. About six months remain before CUET UG 2027. Solve one UET paper a fortnight in your stream alongside CUET practice.

Does BHU still conduct UET?
No. BHU’s own UET and PET are not held. UG admission is on CUET UG scores and PG admission on CUET PG scores, followed by BHU’s CAP-UG or CAP-PG allotment.
What was the BHU UET marking scheme?
+3 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong answer, from 2015 to 2020.
How many questions were in a BHU UET paper?
It depended on the programme. The B.Sc. Biology group and B.Com papers had 150 questions for 450 marks, B.Ed. had 100 questions for 300 marks, and BFA had 50 questions for 150 marks.
Do the BHU UET papers have answers?
The 2020 papers show the correct option for every question. The 2015 to 2019 papers have no key.
Is filling the CUET form enough for BHU admission?
No. After the CUET result you must register on BHU’s CAP portal within its window and pay the registration fee.
