Eligibility Criteria

For admission to Karnataka ITI 2020, Candidates have to fulfill the eligibility criteria. The merit list would be published differently for different trades. (a) The candidate must be a citizen of India,
(b) The candidate must have completed 05 years of academic study in Karnataka including qualifying examination.
(c) Educational Qualification For Engineering/Non-Engineering Diploma Courses: Should have passed Karnataka S.S.L.C or equivalent examination by securing 35% marks in aggregate;
(d) Candidates who have passed the 10th Standard Exam conducted by CBSE/ICSE and other states 10th Standard candidates shall produce Eligibility Certificates obtained from the Secretary, Board of Technical Examinations, Palace Road, BENGALURU – 560 001 at the time of document verification & counsellling.

* Eligibility criteria for Library Science and Information Management will be notified before counseling.

Merit List

All important informations to the candidates pertaining all stages of admission will be sent through SMS to the registered mobile no. of the candidates available in online application. Due to network of mobile service provider, if the SMS does not reach in time to the candidate, the department is not responsible for this. Counselling

Candidates who have their names in the merit list can sit in the counselling. Counselling dates and process will be published by the officials and will be informed to the students. No separate intimation will be sent to the candidates. The Candidates shall attend for document verification and online submission of application along with all original documents and duly filled in application form to nearest “DOCUMENT VERIFICATION CENTERS” with in the last date mentioned in the brochure. After verification of original documents the filled in application of the candidate will be submitted online, a printout of application submitted online and acknowledgement card will be issued to the candidate.

Candidates will be allotted seats after all the process for admission is done, seat allotment will take place in various rounds.
