AEEE Application Form
You can apply for AEEE by filling only the online form. Dates of availability of form are given in the table above. If you wish to apply online then visit www.amrita.edu.
Specifications of images for application form: You need one scanned copy of passport size photograph with the following specifications: dimension – 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, max size – 20kb. You also need a scanned copy of the signature with the following specifications: dimension – 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm, max size – 20kb.
Apply online: Applying online is a three-step process. In order to apply, you will first have to enter details in application form. Second, upload images of photograph and signature. Third, pay the application fee.
AEEE Slot Booking
If you are appearing for AEEE in computer based test mode, then you have to select slots during slot booking. Slot booking is online and it takes place after form submission. In this process, you select the following things
- Test centre
- Time slot
Amrita University will conduct computer-based tests on 5 dates. On each date, there will be 3 slots. Therefore there are 12 slots to choose from. You will get the option to book test date and slot after application form submission.
Not only is the slot booking necessary to reserve a test date, but also to get the hall ticket. AEEE hall ticket also generates only after slot booking.
AEEE Hall Ticket
You can get AEEE hall ticket from amrita.edu.It will be available only the slot has been booked. However, for candidates appearing for the offline exam the admit card will be issued separately.
The admit card of AEEE contains the address of exam center allotted by Amrita University. In order to download hall ticket, log in by entering the Application Number and Date of Birth. It will not be sent by post. It contains further details such as name and registration number of the candidate, date of exam. It is important to have admit card for getting permission to enter the exam hall.

A valid ID proof can be Voter ID Card, Aadhaar card, Passport, ID card issued by the school last attended, Driving license, and any other authentic document that proves identity

AEEE Exam Pattern
Amrita University will hold the engineering entrance exam both in online as well as offline modes. By online exam, it means that the exam will be a computer-based test. Whereas offline refers to a pen and paper-based test. As can be seen in the schedule, the online test is over a period of days and slots. Offline exam, on the other hand, is on a single date. The exam pattern will be the same for both modes.

AEEE Eligibility Criteria
AEEE eligibility criteria refer to the conditions which you must fulfill in order to be considered eligible for admission to Amrita Schools of Engineering. It consists of age limit, educational qualification as follows:
Your date of birth should be on or after July 01, 1997. The date of birth in school records are valid.
You should pass class 12. Your aggregate score in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry should be at least 60%. Moreover, minimum marks in each of these subjects should be 55%. You are also eligible if you are appearing in January / February exams.
The result of AEEE can be checked from amrita.edu. It is only announced online and the candidates cannot check it via the offline medium. In order to check the result, the candidates need to enter the registration number, date of birth, and security code. The AEEE result contains the score and the rank of the candidates.

After checking the result, the candidates must check all the details on it. Candidates should also secure a copy of it. As per the AEEE result, the rank list will also be prepared. Candidates who will qualify as per the result will be called for the counselling round. The allocation of seats will be done on the basis of AEEE Rank, the number of seats, choice of the candidates.

- Score and rank are displayed via the result.
- Rank of AEEE is prepared on the basis of score in the exam.

- The procedure of seat allotment will take place as per the rank of the candidates.
Amrita University will conduct the AEEE counselling. For it, up to 20,000 top rank holder will be invited. To participate in counselling, candidates will get counselling call letters. These letters are to be carried to the exam hall. First, the document verification of the candidates will be done, then the preference of the candidates will be asked and seat shall be allocated.
