One of the most renowned Hotel Management Entrance Exams is NCHMCT JEE. It is the joint entrance examination which offers admission to the hospitality and hotel administration programs. The entrance exam is usually scheduled in the month of April every year. To appear in the entrance exam, the students must have passed the senior secondary exam. The question paper is bilingual in nature. Negative marking is applicable for the wrong answers. Three (3) hours will be provided to solve the exam paper.
AIMA UGAT
Full Name: AIMA Undergraduate aptitude test
Organizing Body: AIMA
AIMA is the UG level HM entrance exam which is conducted with the basic objective to grant admission in the hotel management courses. The UG aptitude test is scheduled in the month of May every year. The candidate must have passed HSC or equivalent exam from the recognized board. This is the paper based offline test. The exam will have nearly 180 questions in total. The exam comprises of multiple choice objective type questions. 2 hours time duration is provided to solve the exam.
IIHM E – CHAT
Full Name: IIHM E – CHAT entrance exam
Organizing Body: IIHM
Another renowned Hotel Management Entrance Exams is IIHM e – CHAT which is generally scheduled in the month of May every year. This entrance exam is hosted with the sole purpose to offer admission in the hotel management courses. The upper age limit of the candidate is 22 years. Also, the applicant should have passed the 12th class examination in regular mode from the recognized examination board with English as one of the subject. IIHM e – CHAT is an online platform for common admissions for all IIHMs.
AIHMCT WAT
Full Name: AIHMCT written admission test
Organizing Body: AIHMCT
The written admission test is quite popular hotel management entrance examination. This exam aims at granting admission to the deserving students in various hotel management courses. The aptitude test is scheduled in the month of April every year. AIHMCT WAT is 180 minutes (3 hours) entrance examination. The exam is in offline mode as it is the written admission test. The questions in the exam paper are objective in nature. The examination comprises of four sections. The test is held at various test centers.
BVP HM
Full Name: BVP hotel management entrance exam
Organizing Body: Bharti Vidyapeeth University
BVP HM is university level Hotel Management Entrance Exams which is hosted to grant admissions in the hotel management courses. The exam is organized in the month of June every year. The duration of the entrance exam is two (2) hours. The test is conducted at various test centers. BVP HM comprises of nearly 100 multiple choice questions with four (4) alternatives and only ONE correct answer.
