AIMA UGAT 2019 application form has been released. UGAT 2019 will be held on May 11, 2019. It will be pen and paper-based test. AIMA UGAT 2019 is a screening test for Undergraduate Courses such as Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com. It is conducted annually by All India Management Association (AIMA). AIMA has released the application form of UGAT 2019. There are a number of management institutes that offer admission on Under Graduate Admission Test (UGAT) 2019 score. AIMA UGAT 2019

UGAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to follow the given eligibility criteria if they have to apply for UGAT 2019. Check the information given below:

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • The candidates who are still appearing or have appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

UGAT 2019 Application Form

Candidates can fill the Application Form either in the online mode or in the offline mode. Candidates can fill UGAT 2019 Application Form in the online mode at the official website and submit the fee in the online mode only or they can obtain the form from the listed institutes and pay the Application Fee via cash. After filling the form, candidates are required to upload the documents in a prescribed format. As the last step, candidates can take the printout of the filled Application Form.

How to apply:

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:

Online: 
Apply Online by making payment through credit /debit card (ATM Card) or net banking of Rs.650/-. The detailed procedure is given on the website link (https://apps.aima.in/UGAT2019).

or

Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 650/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website https://apps.aima.in/UGAT2019 alongwith the DD details.

Offline:
Obtain UGAT Form against cash payment of Rs. 650/- from listed Institutes or AIMA, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

UGAT 2019 Application Status

After receiving the Application Form of UGAT 2019, AIMA is going to process it within 5 days. The Form Number is going to be shown in the Application Status. Candidates can check the application status at the official website of AIMA which is www.aima.in.

Only if form reaches on time, then application status displays and form is accepted.

UGAT 2019 Admit Card

The admit card for UGAT 2019 is going to made available in the online mode only. The Admit Card for UGAT 2019 comprises of information like candidate’s name, form number, roll number, test date, test time and complete address of the test venue. It is advised to carry the admit card to the examination centre as without candidates cannot appear in the examination. Candidates can download the admit card by entering the online application number, date of birth, e-mail id (any two).

Now, candidates must note that the Admit Card is a noteworthy document which has to be carried positively to the examination centre.

UGAT 2019 Exam Pattern

Candidates can check the exam pattern given below in order to know about the number of questions, duration and sections which will come in the examination. To know more check the information given below:

  • Mode of Examination: The Examination is a paper based examination.
  • Nature of Questions: The Examination is going to have objective type questions.
  • Duration: The duration of the examination is 3 hours.
  • Marking Scheme: There are going to negative marking for the wrong questions.

UGAT 2019 Result

The result for UGAT 2019 is going to be published in the form of score card. The scorecard is going to be published over the official website. The scorecard card is put on the website during last week of the month of the test. Candidates can download their respective score cards by entering the 6 digit Registration Number and 9 digits Roll Number at AIMA website apps.aima.in/ugat_result.aspx. UGAT 2019 Score Card consists of the information like details of the candidates, marks scored by candidates in the examination, total score etc.

What Next After UGAT 2019 Result?

After the declaration of result, candidates have to fill the Registration Form (Consent Form) with the required details about the Institute / College / University Departments and its programmes. Candidates have to attach certain documents such as printout of the online UGAT Consent Form, Demand Draft, copy of supporting documents.
