Procedure for downloading Scorecard

The candidates will be able to download the scorecard, by following the process below:

  • Access the link that is uploaded above.
  • Students will then have to enter their Roll Number and Form Number.
  • Click on “Submit”.
  • Download your score card

Details Mentioned in UGAT Scorecard

Information provided in the score card:

  1. Personal details: the scorecard contains student’s personal details like name, roll number, address, unreserved or reserved category.
  2. Examination Details like name of the test, date and time for the examination
  3. Marks scored in each section is also available in UGAT Scorecard.

Normalization of Score

Normalization  is used as a process for ensuring that the students are either not at much advantage or disadvantage for the exam that they will be going for

The score can be normalised using formula: {(Marks scored by the Candidate/ Marks of the Highest Scorer) X Maximum Marks}

Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as BBA, BCA, BHM, integrated MBA etc.

Candidates will have to wait as the list of participating institutes will be available on 1st week of March, 2018. Students can take reference from the below mentioned for the list of institutes as on 16.02.2017.
