MAH MHMCT CET 2018 exam date has been released by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). The exam for MHMCT CET 2018 will be held on May 20, 2018. The Competent Authority will conduct the MAH-M.HMCT-CET 2018 for admission to PG degree course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (M.HMCT), for the academic year 2018. The candidates will be granted admission on the basis of their performance in the common entrance test. MAH MHMCT CET 2018 will be a computer-based test. Eligibility Criteria for MAH MHMCT CET 2018

The candidates who wish to proceed to apply online for the entrance exam must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by DTE. The eligibility criteria to appear for MAH M.HMCT CET 2018 shall be as follows:

  1. Nationality: The Candidate should be an Indian National.
  2. Educational Qualification: The applicant should have passed Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology or its equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45%
    marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons
    with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only).
  3. The candidate who will be appearing for their final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for CET.

MAH MHMCT CET 2018 Application Form

The application form for MAH MHMCT CET 2018 will be available online at the DTE’s official website. The applicants have to provide their Personal Details, Academic Qualification Details, Communication Details, etc in the online application. Also, the applicants shall have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the specification. Only after the following steps are done successfully, the candidate can proceed to make payment for the application fee. The application form shall have to be filled and submitted through online mode.

MAH MHMCT CET 2018 Admit Card

The MAH MHMCT CET 2018 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket will be issued online at the official website of DTE, The candidates who will successfully register for the exam will be able to download their admit card by simply entering details such as Registration number, Password, Date of Birth, etc. The admit card will consist of Personal Details as well as basic information about the exam such as exam date, timings and its venue. Also, the candidates have to bring a valid photo id proof along with the admit card.

The candidates must note down the marking scheme and the structure for the exam to prepare accordingly:

    • Duration of the exam: 60 minutes
    • Medium of CET: English
    • Type of Questions: MCQ
    • Negative Marking: There is no negative marking for any incorrect answer.
