Amrita has not announced the 2027 slot booking or admit card dates yet. They will be posted on the official website. Keep the admit card safe until admission is complete; it is needed at the exam centre and during the admission process.
How are the AEEE exam date and slot allotted?
You choose the dates, and the system allots the final date and slot. In 2026 candidates picked three preferred dates, and the date and slot were allotted automatically seven days before the first exam date. Each exam day had two slots: 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon and 2:00 to 4:30 PM. The test city is one of the three cities you chose while registering, and requests to change it are not accepted.
What details are printed on the AEEE 2027 admit card?
The admit card shows your name and registration number, the exam date and slot, and the address of your allotted centre.
What should I carry to the AEEE exam centre?
Carry the printed admit card and an original photo ID. Amrita prefers the Aadhaar card, and its details must match your registration.

What are the AEEE exam-day rules?
Reach the centre at least one hour before your slot. These rules are from the 2026 brochure.
- Register at the centre on arrival; your computer is allotted at that time.
- Take your seat 30 minutes before the test starts. Late arrivals get no extra time.
- Sit only at the computer allotted to you. Changing seats cancels your candidature.
- Do not bring phones, calculators, watches with a calculator, log tables, books, paper or any metal item.
- Do not use the computer’s built-in calculator. Candidates caught doing so are barred from admission.
- Show your admit card whenever the invigilator asks for it.
