MHT CET previous year question papers from 2015 to 2023 are here as about 42 free PDFs, with answer keys for 2015 to 2017 and answers inside many of the 2019 to 2023 papers. Today each group (PCM or PCB) is a 3-hour computer-based test for 200 marks with no negative marking, so the shift-wise 2020 to 2023 papers are the closest practice for MHT CET 2027.

How the MHT CET Paper Changed (2015–2023)
- 2015: the test was held on 7 May 2015 by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), for both engineering and medical admissions.
- 2016 to 2018: the State CET Cell held a single pen-and-paper test each May, with separate Physics and Chemistry and Mathematics papers.
- 2019 onwards: the test moved online. 2019 ran over 19 shifts, and from 2020 PCM and PCB groups sat on separate dates, so each year has many shift papers.
What an MHT CET Paper Looks Like
The complete 2022 question paper on this page is a PCM paper of 150 questions in three parts: Maths (Q1–50), Physics (Q1–50) and Chemistry (Q1–50), each with four options (A) to (D) and its own answer sheet at the end of the part. In the real test, Physics and Chemistry come first in one 90-minute section and Mathematics follows in a second 90-minute section.

The printed answer sheets are not an official State CET Cell key and have slips: Physics Q1 (average kinetic energy of argon and oxygen at the same temperature) is marked 3:2, but the correct ratio is 1:1. Check any answer that looks wrong.
How to Use MHT CET Previous Year Papers?
- Split your time as the real test does. Give Physics and Chemistry 90 minutes together, which is 54 seconds a question, then Mathematics 90 minutes for 50 questions (108 seconds each) or Biology 90 minutes for 100.
- Answer every question. There is no negative marking, so never leave a question unanswered. Mark a best guess first and come back to it if time is left.
- Give Mathematics extra weight. Each Maths question is worth 2 marks, so Maths is half of the PCM total. Use the 2022 paper’s Maths part and the 2020 PCM shifts for timed practice.
- Solve 2020 to 2023 first, because they are from the online test. Use the 2015 to 2018 pen-and-paper papers for chapter practice.
- Start now for December. If the first attempt starts in mid-December 2026 as reported, you have about six weeks: two timed papers a week covers the 2020 to 2023 shifts before then.
