How to Apply for MHT CET 2027
You apply for MHT CET 2027 online only, through the registration link State CET Cell posts on cetcell.mahacet.org. State CET Cell has not notified MHT CET 2027 yet. Registration dates are to be announced on cetcell.mahacet.org. In 2026 the form ran from 10 January to 24 February 2026, with a late-fee window till 27 February and a two-day window on 15 and 16 April 2026 for students who had missed it and wanted the second attempt.
Apply Online for MHT CET 2027
The MHT CET 2027 application dates have not been announced yet.
- Open cetcell.mahacet.org and click the MHT CET 2027 registration link when it goes live.
- Register with your mobile number and email, then log in. State CET Cell checks your Aadhaar and APAAR ID through DigiLocker, so create your APAAR ID first if you do not have one.
- Choose your group (PCM, PCB or both) and whether you want one attempt or both. The group cannot be changed later.
- Fill in your personal, Class 12 and category details, pick the question paper medium (English, Marathi or Urdu) and your preferred exam districts.
- Upload your photo and signature and pay the fee online.
- Print the confirmation page and keep your application number and password safe.
The fee below is from the 2026 brochure and is charged for each group. State CET Cell will confirm the 2027 fee in the new brochure.

How to log in to the MHT CET 2027 candidate portal?
You use the MHT CET candidate portal to fill the form and pay the fee, edit the form in the correction window, download the admit card, raise answer key objections and get your score card.
- Open the State CET Cell website. The MHT CET 2027 login link will open there when 2027 registration starts (dates not announced yet); the CET portal live now is for the 2026 exams.
- Click the CET (examination) portal link for 2027 to reach the Sign In page.
- Enter your registered email ID and password. The 2026 portal used these to sign in.
- Click Sign In.
- Your dashboard opens with your MHT CET 2027 application and the links live at that stage, such as payment, the form edit window, the admit card and the score card.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password on the Sign In page and enter your registered email ID to reset it through that email. If you still cannot log in, use the Raise a Ticket link on the same page.
Who can apply for MHT CET 2027?
Any Indian citizen who has passed Class 12 (HSC) or an equivalent exam, or is appearing in it in 2027, can take MHT CET. There is no age limit. To get a seat, you must also meet the course rules below, which are from the 2026 brochure:

Maharashtra State candidates (Types A to E, based on where you studied, domicile or a parent’s posting) and minority candidates must take MHT CET for these courses. All India candidates can use JEE Main instead, and a JEE Main score is preferred over MHT CET for their engineering seats; for B.Pharm and Pharm.D a NEET score is preferred.
What is the MHT CET 2027 exam pattern?
MHT CET is a computer-based test of multiple-choice questions with four options and no negative marking. You get 90 minutes for Physics and Chemistry together; that section then closes and the Mathematics or Biology section opens for 90 minutes. This is the 2026 pattern:

Your marks are converted into a percentile for your session, and if you take both attempts, the better total percentile is used for admission.
