DTE Maharashtra conducts MHT CET exam. It is the state level entrance exam for admission to first year Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Pharm.D admission. DTE formulates State Common Entrance Test Cell to organize the MHT CET. Candidates get admission on the basis of rank secured in the exam, followed by Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

Candidates aiming to get admission in the first year of BE / B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, Pharm.D courses have to appear for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test and qualify it. Candidates are requested to note that MHT CET is not for medical (MBBS) admission. The important dates are as follows:
